Bought a couple of cheese breadsticks as usual online. And paid for them. The website had an error and charged me for the... breadsticks while not going through that I ordered anything. So I was never given the food that I purchased. I took it tocorporate about what happened. They saw that there was an error and even acknowledged that my PURCHASE had an error. So theyknow dang well that I paid cash as well. And told me and I quote. "We have identified a technical error with your order and theCasey's Cash was not redeemed successfully. We have notified our Digital Technology team so they can pin point the mistake andprevent it from happening again." So they gave me back the portion that I paid for with my caseys rewards money. But my actualcash is still gone. Which was even more then the reward money was. And they turned around and said "our credit department doesnot find any charges with my card." So by that logic. If you see that my Casey's reward money paid for something and I even toldthem it was 2 orders of breadsticks. And went to the store in person and showed them my bank account that showed that I paid forit. Something clearly doesn't add up. So now I am short the money and the food. Just because I couldn't prove I ordered anythingon their side on their computers because of an error on THEIR side. So I am for certain never going to buy anything online fromcaseys ever again unless it's with Casey's cash. And I will probably pick up snacks much less now as well. Enjoy my 4.72 youliterally stole from me caseys. But My warning to anyone who isn't familiar with Casey's especially their online site or app. Iwould strongly recommend that you do not order online in case their error they supposedly said they will fix is still around.Because you will for certain not be reimbursed for it. Albany Casey's has friendly people working behind the counter. The Pizza crew are usually busy but always helpful.
No water unless bought in bottle for service animals
It was 5 in the morning and the staff was still trying sell old pizza from the previous day.
I purchased gas today and used my Casey's rewards saved .13 cents a gallon and we've bought pizza this past Friday had a chicken... quesadilla pizza it was pretty good I normally go to Casey's every week to get gas with the hy-vee and Casey's rewards I do okon price of gas I like to save money especially now with the way the world is. Awesome food and friendly people
The service that I received was terrible. Coming from someone who works at Casey?s, I could never imagine speaking to any... customer that way. the employee told me I was going to have to wait for a wrap because they were just too busy. He also said?it?s a Friday night and you?re seriously coming in for a wrap? he then came over and told me I?m lucky he has a few minutes. hethrew together an unappealing wrap with very little toppings on it and walked away. he said and acted like this right in frontof the kitchen manager and she never said a word.
