Wasted my time which is extremely disrespectful and annoying, went in there to pick up my order (which was marked as ready... online), the girl at the counter said it'd be 5 minutes, 30 minutes later the order is still not ready, it wasn't even busy inthere. I ask again and she said it'd be a little longer, I press her for a time frame and she says "probably under 10 minutes",really? Almost 40 minutes for fast food? 40 minutes to make fried chicken? At least be honest that it's gonna be a long wait andI'll cancel my order instead of wasting my time just sitting there. Bad service. Jerks. Read more
So partner recommended this spot because they?ve eaten from the one in the city. However, my experience here on two different... occasions warrants a review. The first time, I ordered the 18 piece wings and I received 16 pieces of drum sticks and two flats.I was completely aghast but it was late and I don?t feel like driving the 20 mins back to the restaurant. (I should have). Thesecond time, I ordered the 9 piece wings and I got 8 wings. What?s more, the girl at the front checked the box when it came outand said ?oh it seems like you got half and half this time? nooopppeee. Not at all, I got three flats and 5 drums. The chicken is delicious however I was very disappointed with my 9 pieces. That 9 pieces of chicken seemed more like 4 pieces of... chicken cut into 9 pieces. 1 leg, 2 thighs cut in 4 pieces, 1 breast cut into 4 pieces. The breast pieces were so small thewere like nuggets with a bone in them. It's good but the 9 pieces is not enough for 2 people. The food was 4 star good theportion was 2 star. Read more
At $23.95 for a large order of boneless wings, we were put off by the value. Perhaps our order got shorted but the quality of... their food is offset by the cost. We might go back to see what a small order looks like. I would not recommend the large basedon value. Read more
If you like k-drama, don't miss this place for k-chicken. For dine-in, it takes 20 mins or more. I ordered golden traditional... (non spicy) and gang jeong (spicy lv 1). Definitely will come back and try other flavors, and tobboki. ???? Read more
Had the Galbi chicken lunch special. It was made fresh when I ordered it. Hot, fresh and perfectly crispy. The sauce was really... nice and savory and the fresh green onion was nice. The French fries were really light and perfect crisp. I just wish I had acup of the sauce on the side to dip my fries in. So good Read more
I love Korean fried chicken, so this spot was an easy choice during our trip to Albany. My husband and I shared: - Maple Crunch... Boneless Wings - Mala Hot Wings - Rose Ddeok-Bokki The wings were fried perfectly. I recommend going with the traditional wingsover the boneless wings, but that's just my personal preference. The maple crunch wasn't quite as saucy as I prefer, but it wasstill good. The mala hot was very spicy, but very good. I probably wouldn't get the Ddeok-Bokki again. It was ok, but I've hadbetter versions of this dish elsewhere. If you've never had Korean Fried Chicken, you should definitely try it! You'll neverwant another kind of wing again. Read more
