Spent a lot of time here in the 2006-10 era. It?s just as grimy as ever but that?s part of its charm (I think??). I have a soft... spot for their lemon pepper garlic wings, battered fries and the jerk pork so I have to go every few years. Our waitress waslovely and the food was just as good as I remember. Also I know wing prices are up all over but be aware that 5 wings are $9.So all in all I will return every few years for my nostalgic faves but every few years is enough for me. Read more

Staying in Albany overnight. Stumbled across this mexican restaurant. The servers were friendly and the food fantastic and... plentiful. The burrito was huge but so good i had to eat it all. Beer was cold and the cocktails looked interesting. I wouldhighly recommend this place if you are in the area and in need of a good filling mexican feast. Read more
Seeing as my last review is mysteriously nowhere to be found now. Some friends and I went out for some food and drinks a week... or so ago, I arrived a little later and went to the bar to open a tab and order a drink for myself alone so they wouldn't haveto worry about adding me to a check. I was immediately snubbed by both bartenders who where preoccupied with flirting and theirphones. When I finally did get noticed I was told to go to my table, no questions, no service. Nothing. I went to the tablethinking okay that was weird. My friends had been there for a half hour waiting for their food, we had been brought chips whichwere mostly a soggy wet mess. So my friends and I decide to leave, they went to the bar to close out and they had to wait 15minutes more for the bartenders to come back while they were picking people up physically. We finally got to cash out, we had 2out of 6 drinks comped, which sure I appreciated but the antics of the staff were ridiculous. In short, this bar used to begreat, but just go to center street or 20 north down the road, the food and service are vastly superior. Read more

Big portions and clearly labelled vegan options, with either tofu or a chick'n nugget option. The rasta fries were tasty. Good... margarita. The server was HIGHly entertaining. (Bad lightning for the pic) Read more
