I was here Saturday 10/8/22 around 5:40pm went thru the drive thru. Was in the drive thru for around 45 mins. The gentleman that... was working the drive thru was nice and polite. However my issue was with the the girls that were behind the counter gigglingand laughing taking photos and NOT DOING A DAM THING. 45 mins ALL THEY WERE DOING WAS LAUGHING GIGGLING WHILE THE GUY WASRUNNING AROUND GETTING THE ORDERS TOGETHER. Driver waited 35 minutes in the dining for my order. When I noticed he was there for so long I called the store to see if there... was a problem. The lady who answered never said her name but said she was the manager, she was rude and nasty and when I askedif she could at least tell me if my food was started she said no and told me they were busy. On this day at Burger King I must give them 5 stars! It was at the start of lunch and the restaurant was clean and tidy. My... grandson and I ordered for dine-in. The cashier was sweet. As I have been trying to teach my grandson how to order and pay forhis food by himself. He had a disability but we're teaching him to do his best to NOT lean on it. The cashier was very patientand understanding. Our food was served fresh and HOT ????. We took a booth by a window to enjoy our food as we watched peoplecome in and out and cars begin to keep a flow through the drive-thru, servers continued to be courteous as they servedcustomers.
