The lady with curly hair was so rude , didn?t let me even say what I wanted in my bowl, gave attitude for asking for what I... wanted , was so rude , absolutely trash attitude , you guys should fire her, I would never come there after such an awfulexperience, she acted as if I asked for free , I?m paying for my food and I didn?t have to get an attitude for asking what Iwanted. Kudos for being the only place open on Labor Day evening. Dining area was absolutely filthy. Couldn't tell the difference... between the floors and the tables. Chips were very stale and the server didn't know the difference between pico and salsa.Grateful to eat after driving 12hrs to get into town, but if there was any other choice I would have walked. This place is terrible. The workers are rude. I understand your busy but there is no need to catch an attitude with me when all... I was trying to do was tell them what I wanted. I?m never coming here again because of this awful experience. There also isbarely any ingredients that I want, they never have steak. Today I had to wait 5 minutes extra just for the steak which I wasokay with, then when they put in my bowl they put 6 tiny pieces of steak, I asked for more and they said no. Overall terribleexperience and I wouldn?t recommend coming here. Ever. Read more
Unfortunately I never got my 16 dollar pickup order. Not sure why, especially after I waited about 20 minutes after the promised... time and still my order wasn't there. Place wasn't packed either, google themselves had it listed as less busy than usual. Read more
I wish I could leave a negative star review. The employees constantly have an attitude and act like they hate their life . They... always skimp on meat portions and give too much rice . This place is run terribly and needs a change in management. I lovechipotle but this location gives it a bad name . Read more
As far as cleanliness in the dining area is concerned, I was concerned. Not impressed at all. Not filthy but pretty messy and... dirty. Drinks from cooler (beer, izze, soda etc.) Were about 50°, barely above room temp. I asked for one from further back inthe cooler thinking maybe they just restocked it, no difference. I love the food in this restaurant, especially the burritos are worth every penny. You should definitely try the bowl, if you... want the maximum value for your money. The ambience of the restaurant is okay, and definitely could've been better. The staff isfriendly and customer experience is just like any other fast food restaurant. Read more
Never going back to this location again. The staff is rude, they never have all of the ingredients, they don?t even give you... regular portions and sometimes they just make it wrong. Once got rice that was so over salted it was inedible. Not to mentionhow bad the line is and that online orders ALWAYS take priority. It took me going to other locations to realize how a Chipotleshould actually be. Read more
