This Dunkin does not update their drive thru signage after a seasonal item's promotion period is over and charges the customer... the full price at the window like nothing is wrong. When you bring it to their attention, they just say the promo is over andthey forgot to take the sign down. They did eventually discount my drink after I asked again why I should have to pay more thanthe menu I ordered from, but the price should have been adjusted as soon as they realized they forgot to update it. I shouldn'thave been made to feel cheap and petty for arguing over $2 in a drive thru window...it's the principle of the thing and thecustomer should never be wrong in these situations. I only felt compelled to leave this review because this is actually theSECOND TIME this same thing has happened to me at this location. I just had to write an let ppl know how rude the cashier who worked on wed 7th September 2022 (8 am ) was ...my order was messed... up brought it back to be replaced i wasn't even mad because ppl make mistakes things happen...Pulled up explained an this girlis calling me a liar indirectly and after saying i dont even want the item anymore. the manager her self needs training noremorse nothing...these ppl dont like their jobs their customer service is absolutely rubbish. I come to this store frequently because it?s right down the road from my house. The drinks are less then average when made, food... orders aren?t completed corrected. And this last time I was here one worker at the counter had gloves on, kept touching her faceand then used the same gloves to grab donuts for customers. The energy vibe in the store you can just tell the workers don?tlike their job. Hopefully this review can help, so many people come to this location. Read more
I worked at this Dunkin for about 6 months straight. My experience was awful. If you?re looking for a job or know someone who is... or would like to apply for this Dunkin, do not work here. They don?t treat you like people. Minors work overtime for six toseven days straight, pay rates are messed with, you can?t ask for time off because it will be rejected. During school hours, Iwas working after my mother asked to take me off morning shifts during school hours. I was 16. Workplace issues were not handledprofessionally and I was told to ignore threats and harassment. I was told to work with ovens and such when anyone under the ageof 18 is not supposed to. I was not allowed to leave during closing shifts until everything was done and I did not get paid forworking overtime. The managers and district managers were calling employees ?retarded? , ?idiotic?, ?bitches? and just stuffthat at least should not be said to employees. My tips were stolen almost everyday and $150 was stolen OUT OF MY BAG. They willhire anyone on the spot, no one is fully or completely trained but then they complain when orders are messed up. Deserves 0 stars!!!!!!! Ordered a bacon, avocado, on toast thru the drive thru. Drove off and the open bag and there was no... bacon. Went back and went inside notified the man behind the counter that the bacon was missing. He took the toast and handed toa young girl who stated that it was added. I left and open the container and The picture is what she added. Once again, wentback inside show the man behind counter and he appeared to be irritated and stated I needed to be patient. I said what doespatience has to with getting an order wrong 3x and me having to come back in the store with out an apology. After I pushed theissue of him being unprofessional and rude. You would think I would have left the line after it took 10 minutes just to get my order placed. But no the curiosity of the... situation got the best of me. Why I kept saying. Why are you only taking the order of one car after one car left the servicewindow.. I had to see this thru. How long will this take.only one employee? I don't know.
