Trash! Never go here. Workers are lazy and don't care. To busy smoking outside to answer a phone. Throw their donuts out 2 hours... before it close just so they don't have to deal with people. Places like this ruin everybody's overall experience for certainbusinesses. Read more
they don’t have NOTHING. food took really long and the workers were very rude.
Won't be back to ANY Dunkin anytime soon. I only went here it was on my way home from an appointment. Awful they burned the... sandwiches. While waiting all they were doing was making fun of customers in the drive thru very unprofessional. Need to fireand find decent candidates. Read more
I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher at the drive thru. I pull up to the window and a less then friendly looking... employee goes to hand it to me. There was not much strawberry/dragon fruit only in the very bottom. I asked if she could putmore strawberry/dragonfruit in it. She looks annoyed and says well this is the way it's supposed to be made. I said I understandthat, but I had COVID and can't taste... before I finished my comment, she turns her back and she says well if you can't tastewhat is adding more going to do? I yelled in and asked for a manager, none came. She came back, with it made perfect I mightadd, then says have a nice day in an f'off tone, I said you too, but I need a straw, which she never gave me when the came backwith my drink. I have never had an employee so rude about this request, actually none have ever been rude. If things aren'treally sweet or salty I can't taste them very well so I need things stronger flavored, and if I'm paying almost $4 a cupsometimes 2-3 times a day, I don't see an issue with asking for it to be made so I can enjoy it. If that is the miserableface/attitude they are willing to have employed as the face of their establishment, I will wait next time and spend my money ata different DD... Read more
My mom went there today through the drive in and she was mocked by the staff for her accent. There was lots of giggling and... asking her to repeat her order x2 and then they eventually repeated it back to her in her accent. This behavior isunprofessional and unacceptable. Read more
I went to this Dunkin to order a free drink for my birthday. I am a rewards member and give this location my business regularly.... I did not realize that you needed the reward on your phone but instead of explaining that to me, the lady in the drive throughreplied with “no” when I asked for the free drink and gave me no other explanation or context. Extremely rude andunprofessional and I will not be giving them my business ever again. Read more
This is hands down the worst Dunkin in Albany. Staffs terrible, seems like they all hate being there. Management is non... existent. They’ll consistently mess up your order and not care, sometimes seems like they do it purposefully but no worries Iwont be going back here. Ive received burnt food countless times, cold food which is weird since this is fast food, a lattethat had no coffee/espresso in it…must i continue…FYI all the other Dunkin’s in Albany are actually pretty good…exceptthis one. I don't normally leave 5 Star review's on a DD but today this drive thru young lady gets all the love. Fast , friendly and... funny. My coffee was hot and exactly how I asked for it. She made my day just by smiling and being so pleasant. Read more
