Everyday it seems it?s something. Wrong order, no product, or charged wrong. How do you repeatedly run out of coffee creamer?... This Dunkin? is close to my place of work I know many of my coworkers are frequent customers. As I read the other reviews it?s a... constant theme that customer service is not CUSTOMER service . The attitude I got from the manager LEO was basically ?too bad? Ican?t serve you because we are too busy. I get that speeding things up is important especially since I have been on the waitingline but serving the customer should always be number one. Leo instead of saying no could have asked what I needed and figuredout a way to offer it while still accomplishing the goal of not making other customers wait. He not only said no but said it infront of his staff who will learn from him to say no to customers . Shame on your leadership decisions. Read more
