The service has went completely downhill. I was going in daily for my breakfast, but each visit service and food quality have... gotten worse. There have been times when I'm standing at the register waiting to get my order taken for 5 or so minutes. Moreoften than not her mask is falling off her face. Yesterday my bagel got burnt because one of their staff members was too busysocializing with a maskless customer. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a toasted bagel. Between the lack of face masks by staffand customers alike and the major decline of service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Fresh pie and coffee for like $5. You can't go wrong. They also have a nice selection of coffee, including one that had notes of... Cabernet which i could really taste. The woman working there was very friendly. Read more

Love to support small businesses. I’m disappointed though because it seems like they’ve changed bakeries. They used to have... amazing bagels and now they’re dry bread - nothing like a bagel at all. Same with their sandwich bread. Used to be delicious,soft or crusty depending on what you ordered. Now the bread is just not good. My ciabatta bread was inedible. Dry, crumbly, nosignature ciabatta crust to speak of. I had to pick off the sandwich contents the bread was so bad. I wish they would sourcebetter bread products! Read more
I come over to the concourse from the State Education Dept. a couple of times a week to have lunch here. I can only rate the... food according to the soups and hot bar. I've never had the sandwiches--the line is always so long waiting for them I've neverconsidered it worthwhile. Based on what I have eaten there, I give them a 5. I have never been disappointed with what I had. Thelasagna soup is an unusual item they have periodically, and I did also like the Maryland Crab Chowder the one time I hadthat. If the lines for the sandwiches are a true indicator of their quality, they would rate a 5 also, but I can't speak forthem. Read more
Not the *worst* sandwich I've ever had. Pastrami was way too wet and bread was way too soft, turning it into a soaked mush in... the short walk from the deli to my office. I might be willing to give them another shot, but I definitely wouldn't order the hotpastrami again. Ambience is nice and I appreciate that they carry locally sourced grocery items. Read more
I'm not even sure how to write this review. One day the breakfast sandwich is great then the next time it's just throw... together. I ask for a egg and cheese sandwich toasted with butter. Last week it was great. Toasted on both sides of the rolland everything. Today it looks as if the grease from the bacon is what made it brown instead of being toasted. THEN, I askedthe cashier since there were no sandwiches made for grab and go (you get a coffee with the sandwich for $5) will I still get thecoffee included since they had to make it. She said "yes". While I was waiting, I happened to start adding up my two orders ofhome fries and the "special" and it didn't seem right so I asked for a copy of my receipt. Sure enough she had charged me $5.00just for the sandwich, plus charged me for the coffee again. She had to have known what she was doing because she looked rightat the receipt when she asked me if I wanted a receipt. The "free" coffee was weak anyway. I think I'll just wait for B-Radsto open. It wouldn't hurt to put a little onions and green peppers in the home fries. Well, I went again today 6/25. Therewas a little cashier there that was very unfriendly and rude. They have the "grab n go" so I asked if I could trade it out forpastrami instead of bacon on my sandwich. I spoke to the cook because he's the one I was most familiar with. She just jumpedinto the conversation and then said "well, could you come back over here and place the order". Now where else would I go toplace an order because I have to pay there. Someone needs to re-staff the cashier staff there. They don't know how to talk topeople and they act as if they're doing YOU a favor. The cooks are very accommodating and friendly and do a pretty good jobmajority of the time. 4/14/22 I ordered a reuben online. I went down today and picked this dry sandwich up.
