I purchased a big Mac and fries it was all around unedeble I went back they said it was all new fresh made.That was a lie IT had... big Mac sauce all over it old fries.I lost appetite. SO the next day I brought it back new crew.The rude manager said how do Iknow you got it here mind I live across the street offers I'd proof. I had placed a mobile order through the app.. I was having difficulty with the transaction and figured I would go in to clarify... if I had done something wrong or if the app was being difficult.. instead of them trying to help me they complained about howmuch food was in my order. saying how I ordered to much stuff.. then they tried to say that it was my fault even tho I had wentin and asked for help. I only chose this location because it is close to where I live. I?m moving a little bit farther andeveryone helping wanted McDonald?s. I will probably not be returning to this location. At this location they use bags instead of standard boxes. I have personally found the food is better than other locations. The... chicken nuggets are warm and crispy. Have had over all good experiences here. But one instance I was going here for lunch and itwas maybe 8 minutes before the lunch time. They told me I would have to wait and was not happy about that. First off, this location had no clean areas to sit. All tables had food and used napkins on them and the floor. The soda... machine had two broken signs on dispensers and two other were out of mix. And there were no salt, pepper, or any kind ofcondiments to be found. Garbage cans were overflowing on to the floor. I tried out the new kiosk, and went to the cleanesttable available. The workers screamed out my table number rather than bringing the food to us as advertised. Said they weretoo busy to bring the food out to us. There were no special requests, just straight off the menu items. The food was luke warmat best, no where even close to hot. They forgot a sandwich, and when I asked for it with the receipt, I got a loud exhale withan eye roll as if I asked for some super special order. Also entered a survey with this same info and checked off I would liketo be contacted from a rep from the franchise. No response yet in over a week. Will never visit this location ever again. First time ever in a McDonald's full of happy, polite, friendly and helpful associates. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
