I come every day at the same time every morning between 5:40 AM and 5:45 AM and my order is always taken but when I went today I... guess they just decided they were going open at 6. The girl at the drive-thru speaker said sorry I?m not opening till 6 whenit?s listed open 24 hours and I always go through the drive-thru the same time every morning as well as other cars. This location is NOT 24 HOURS! On multiple occasions and at varying times (ranging from 1:00- 5:00) the restaurant closes. The... app will allow you to order, drive there, see the lights on, only to be turned away. I don't know if there are legit reasons orif the staff just kips off. However, there has been a noticeable improvement of customer service. Staff during day shifts havebeen amazing and very accommodating, especially the breakfast crew. They are on point with orders, quick, helpful, empathetic,and a genuine pleasure to interact with! Read more
The little pink haired girl working drive through Thursday Night 20th at 2am needs to be retrained & learn not to lie within... earshot of the guest she's trying to pass blame on to. Just answer the drive through when it chimes in your ear and don't try togive someone else your work to do when they're standing right next to you. The dark skin girl preparing food however clearlyknows how to do her job and deserves a raise and better coworkers that don't make her job harder. Read more
Went to enter this location and apparently it's in such a "great" area that it has to be half locked at all times during the day... to prevent local school children from ransacking it? Once inside I decided to use the restroom before ordering. The floor wascovered in urine, no soap in two dispensers in the men's bathroom, no way to dry your hands. At this point once I realized themale employees aren't washing their hands with soap after bathroom breaks, I decided to not order and just walk out. Hard pass. Read more
Food costs a lot of money these days, so to spend it on something that doesn't taste good is upsetting. I brought a cheeseburger... it was cold to the point that Not only was to cheese not able to melt it, but you can taste the grease of the burger. Not happy Read more
Worst and dirtiest McDonald's I've been in. Food was bad, burger was hardly warm. Soft drink machine smells like bacteria, had a... bug in either the ice or sprite. Bathrooms were disgusting, garbage all over the floor in the dining area. Should have justwalked away and found somewhere else. Read more

Quick service. Nice staff. But best part is the great indoor play area for kids. This is a number one destination for getting... the kids out of the house during bad/cold weather. Read more
