Overall my lunch was good. Food was delicious and enough to fill me up. I went solo and had never eaten there before so I was... surprised with a number of tables open they sat me right next to a group of four ladies. At first I thought they were justfinishing up and would leave soon. But they had just ordered before I sat down. Then I sat there as the wait staff walked aroundno one even made eye contact. After 5 minutes, I was about to get up and leave. Finally, one of the waitresses stopped and tookmy order. She appeared to be the busiest one there. Anyway she was very nice, answered my questions, took my order and attentiveafter I received my meal. So, don't get discouraged because of my experience the food was worth it. It?s ok? I came here because I wanted to try something different and they had a decent menu. It is a small cafe. Like you can... see the entire place from the front door small. So I highly doubt they could accommodate a large group last minute. The foodwas very very diner-ish. I ordered a sandwich and my kid had a burger. We both enjoyed them. I also had a Bellini it wasterrible. I?m not sure if it was the peach purée or the champagne but I wouldn?t ever order that again. EVER. I ordered onionrings to go they were over cooked but my kid ate em anyway so it?s cool. I would recommend this place for a quick bite with thekids or friends. Not a date or anything romantic. Not a happy customer!!! Don?t eat at Peaches!! Eaten here many times and the one time I ordered for online pickup they didn?t... get make it. Basically forgot to make it. What?s even worse is that I waited what seemed like forever for somebody to evenacknowledge me. A woman after me waited a long time too and she just walked without anyone helping her. She just wanted to do ato go order. I spent $15 for basic breakfast. Won?t be going back, Ever again. I would at least expect a response frommanagement and ownership. The young woman was clearly overwhelmed. First time I ever did an online pickup there broil was in ahurry, then waited another 15 minutes. So order took almost an hour, Unacceptable and way overpriced. I was very hungry and in abig hurry. Absolutely disgusting. Orange had ice cubes, tasted like Orange soda, look at pictures and you?ll burnt potatoes,omelette had barely any spinach and egg. Small quantity and bad quality. Read more
I always love coming to Peaches, and even when there is a wait, it's well worth it. The staff is attentive and very friendly and... the food is always delicious! I got the special "Smothered Eggs Benedict" and it was wonderful, their hollandaise sauce isincredible and the eggs were poached perfectly. To top it all off I got a French toast Latte with this adorable Cinnamon pumpkinon top and an apple cider mimosa to round out the fall feel. Can't wait to go back! Read more
I went on a date yesterday with my boyfriend and the food was amazing, he got the brie mushroom burger customized with a... scrambled egg and sweet potato fries and I got the Stuyvesant burger customized with smoked gouda, mushrooms and bacon withregular fries. We also had some takeout fries and a slice of scrumptious rainbow cake that we shared. Yummy ????. Additionallythe servers and host were super kind. Thank you for this amazing food experience.
