Low value for money. Mediocre to below expectation food quality. Decent service. The bowl, spoon, and chopsticks were all... disposable paper kinds. The meat portion was small. See photos, that's a $22 order (before tips). This is kind of McDonald'squality, not restaurant quality. Suggest comparing with Pho Today chain to see what a good Pho is. Read more

Great pho experience. Thought it was a little pricey, but it tasted amazing and also made me feel great after! Really good... healthy lunch option in the area , and comes in a convenient sealable container so you can grab to go! Read more

Usually I find the averaged Google stars accurately reflects my experience, but not this time. This one joins the ?I would give... zero if I could? club. We waited for so long for our food until the table that got here 5 mins after us all got their food, Iwent up to the only staff in the restaurant and she told me that they made the wrong order and they?re making ours now. Firstoff, you should come tell me when that happened. I shouldn?t have to come ask you where my food is. And then the food came andthey?re honestly the worst pho I?ve ever had. The ?broth? tastes like flavored water and was overly sweet, the meat wasmiserable (see photo for the sadly floating steamed pork belly), and the portion managed to be even sadder than the two. Thebase order does not include any meat, and practically all options are several dollars to add (which would be fine if the basewas more decent/cheaper but it?s not). We spent $36 on these two very sad bowls of noodles. Everything in the store felt cheap:disposable utensils, self order with ipad so no human needed, paper bowls?that was exactly how the food was except they were notand I just felt robbed. I would avoid going here and actively advise everyone I know to do the same. Read more

This is the best and most authentic pho you can get within 100 miles of Albany. The quality of the food is unbelievable, the... staff is incredibly kind and relaxed, and I have never had a single bad experience in all of the years I've been going to PhoYum. Read more

I've eaten here a few times now and have enjoyed all those experiences. Most time I have ordered chicken spring rolls and then... the pho soup with eye round beef. The broth was savory and rich. The sauces, (thai?) basil, sprouts, peppers, etc you canadd all create a flavor that is delicious, unique and memorable. Lin the Proprietor/server was friendly and pleasant to talkto. Service was quick as well. Perfect for workday lunch. Thanks Pho Yum! Read more

My favorite place to get pho! Easy access location. Clean interior. Friendly service. Broth is consistently flavorful and... delicious every time I order. Love the spring rolls too. I also appreciate their recyclable containers and contactless order+payoption on tablets stationed at each dining table. Very up to date. Read more
