I am a Pizza Hut fan and I love that this pizza hut was able to stay open. After a lot of them closed down in the area. That is... the positive side of my post. Down fall: today (Saturday)I went into a BUSINESS and order some food. Come to my suprised Iwalked into a pajama party. Literally... I asked the lady that was helping me what was going on and why does all of the staffhave pajamas on? She was so happy to tell me that it was pajama day in the business and the manager approved it. ???? how nastyis this. It looked like I was in somesomes house and they DID NOT WASH THEIR BEHIND! I don't understand why management thinksit's okay. This is truly not appropriate in a business especially where food is being served. Can I come in my pajamas for aninterview? Why are we sending young adults the wrong message when it comes to work. There is truly something different that youcan do for your employees. This is part of the reason the work field is messed up. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIRSELVES. My 13 year old son even knows better as he told me they look dirty! P.S please take this as positive feedback and makebetter choices when it comes to our young adults appearance in the work field. I usually take pictures to go along with my postbut I don't want to embarrassed anyone. Read more
I ordered a pizza, they took my money, I drove to the store, the store is closed. I went to the website and can't get a refund,... I called customer service and nobody is available. I totally understand that stores need to close sometimes for whateverreason, but it is not ok to take my money if the store isn't open. I still haven't figured out how to get my money back. Read more

This Pizza Hut is one of the last eat in Pizza Hut's in the Capital Region. It is a little tucked in off the road. Not hard to... get to, just to see. This location has a real life salad bar! Hard to find these post pandemic days. Really good service and ofcourse Pizza Hut deep dish pizzas! Highly recommend. I will return. Read more

The waitress was wonderful and the food was quick and perfectly cooked. I?m not sure if it?s under newmanagement but we went in on a random Thursday around lunch and couldn?t believe how wonderful it was. Yes. It looks exactlylike it did in 1992 but it?s clean which is a lot more th en I can say about other places I?ve eaten at. This is the location tovisit if you want that Pizza Hut experience. We had ordered one veggie and one chicken pizza for carry out . Unfortunately we received both chicken pizzas and we had to call... and inform them about the mess up. They then prepared a veggie pizza and home delivered it. Really appreciate it but wish theorder was not messed up on the first place. Read more

We always order from this location. The food is always hot, fresh and perfectly made. We don't order out much due to covid...so... we really appreciate the online ordering and curbside pick up. Super easy and fast! Tonight it's what my son chose for hisbirthday dinner and everything was perfect! Thank you for always providing great service and great food! Read more

Very bad experience. We choose an offer of 33$ but they charged us 50$. The waitress didn't tell us that the thiker dough had an... higher cost and that to put an additional salami on the pizza had a cost of 10$. We discover this only at the payment stage.Therefore we were very disappointed. The pizza was good but we will never go back because of the services. Read more

My husband and I chose this Pizza Hut to "cater" our wedding. We ordered pizza to feed approximately 130 people and had it... delivered to our venue. We included our personal favorite, Italian sausage and mushrooms on a white sauce, for ourselves in theshape of a heart. We also got some garlic knots because we tied the knot. The pizza was great and the service was friendly andon time. Guests loved that we had Pizza Hut and it is still talked about today. Included are some photos. I don't know who thatdelivery guy is but we appreciated his help. Read more
