I?m tired of these fast food restaurants stealing from customers!!! When I come to THIS establishment I expect to receive... everything I order.. If I don?t receive it, then I expect a refund!!! To be told to drive back to pick up the food THEY didn?tplace in my bag is a huge inconvenience. (Especially with gas prices) the manager I spoke to was extremely rude about thissituation?SO, what I will be doing is contacting my bank and doing a complete chargeback. It?s really not that hard to checksomeone?s order. If you the MANAGER can?t get it right, then do us all a favor, or go back to school or something. Great food as usual, but I have to take a star off since the dining room was not open to the public in the middle of the day... because of some staffing issue. When we went to the screen, our order wasn?t taken until about 12 minutes of waiting. It was agood thing we weren?t in a hurry. The order came incredibly fast after we placed our order though, so that was great. However, 5of us had to resort to eating inside the car instead of the dining area. Read more
I'm sitting in the stalls looking at the menu on the app when suddenly some workers rush out screaming are you going to place... and order or what? Well no. I'm not going to place an order now, and probably won't be back to this location period. I will notbe screamed at while literally trying to purchase from an establishment. Horribly slow service, like painfully slow. I had to repeat everything I ordered multiple times because I kept getting told... "hold up" and then they would continue their conversation in between... also my two hot dogs were disgusting and madeincorrectly from the menu.. Read more
I?m from the south so I love me some sonic and it?s really irritating that I can?t enjoy it here. Every few months I try again... every time the drive through wait is 30+ minutes. Today there were 6 cars in line ahead of me, four drove off because they weretired of waiting. Eventually I called the store thinking that the drive through must be closed because no one was taking ordersfor 15 mins. Nope, not closed- just terribly staffed and ran. So, with only two cars in front of me I only had to wait 30minutes for my strawberry limeade. Never again. Read more
