There is a female that has a bad attitude. She would not tell me her name. She has tattoos on her arms and when I come to pick... up my order she yelled at me telling me to go at the back of the store where the table is for pickup. She is so condescending. I was talking to another employee asking him where to park. Because it's hard to find a parking spot. I think her name isPamolua . Went here once and had the worst experience. Their employee Lindsey, is very rude, honestly kinda racist, and watching her... overall treatment to the others around her was vulgar. Never catch me here again, and piece of advice to Lindsey, lighten up. Read more

Great location, always clean. The new staff are not a pleasant or helpful as the seasoned staff. Parking here is like playing... car Tetris, so put your phone down and pay attention if you like your car being dent free. If you are running late on Monday orWednesday morning and want to run in quickly, nice try... You're gonna be late. They get tons of mobile orders, don't be fooledbecause there is no visible wait. Drink was supposed to be iced, but was made hot. Danish was not supposed to be heated up but was. When I gently commented... about my drink, I was told "Well, we already made it and can't take it back." and glared at until I took the incorrect drink. Oh Starbucks and your seasonal/holiday drinks. While I am certainly impressed year after year by the concoctions that you come... up with, especially for the fall, sometimes they fall short. Case in point is this falls Iced Apple Crisp Macchiato. I orderedit using my stars, so I got it for free. And thanks heavens inside.
