Today experience. I'm back at subways two days in a roll. I ordered a steak and cheese on a flat bread the day before and the... young lady made it so good and she was so sweet that it made me come back today. Her customer service was so great I let herkeep the change as a tip and went in my wallet to tip her extra. But today was horrible. Another youn white women and themanager was present. The younger white girl was making sandwiches and asking for my order at the same time. She rushes myorder and did the same to the customers behind me. Then when I got to the register the young black lady who help me the daybefore asked me what I ordered and she missed hear me. And rung up the wrong order the manager was rude and snatched my receiptand move her out of the way and reruns th order.i believe that a manager is a leader and instead should have taken the time toshow her where she went wrong help her and still manage to create a good experience. It was a terrible outcome and my sandwicheswasn't half as good as the day before. Please advise your manager on how to treat employees before I do thank you. Read more

Today I ordered ahead online like I often do. When I got to the store my completed order was not on the shelf. The manager... must have seen me looked confused and she immediately assisted me even though the store was busy. She apologized saying someonemust have grabbed my order and she had my order made immediately. She was super friendly and apologetic. The store is alwaysclean and service is great! Read more

This is a good Subway! The decor and store itself are a bit outdated compared to other Subway stores. That kind of takes away... from feeling like you have fresh food. But overall it's okay. There is this one awesome girl who makes great sandwiches.Everytime I go I hope she's there. It's okay. Could be better! Edit: I was surprised when I walked in and saw that they redonethe entire store! It is updated, bright and brand new. Read more
