You go to pick up your order after ordering on the app. When you get there the app says the food is ready, but it isn't there.... Employees avoid the counter and ignore questions about your order. The vibes are extremely creepy. If you're patient enough towait around 10 minutes in this creepy situation someone will eventually hand you your food. It's so weird and stupid, though.I'm going to drive farther away to get food from a less sociopathic taco bell. Read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have been to. I dont go to Taco Bell because of their bad customer service so going to this... Taco Bell absolutely confirmed it that they r the rudest workers ever!! I was visiting Albany yesterday from NYC and decided togo there for Dinner and I am regretting going there. The food isnt bad but the employees working there urgently need customertraining. The guy who brought my food to the counter (African American guy I wish I asked him his name he needs to be firedimmediately/or needs training how to interact with customers) was the rudest person ever. Even the girl who took my order waslooking like she hates working there. If I could give this TB 0 star I will. I'm surprised how is this TB still in business withsome of the rudest employees ever!! Do yourself a favor and dont go there!! Extremely Disappointed!! Read more

On 9/24 I was picking up dinner for me and my fiancé after work. I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito and she got... the grilled cheese burrito box. We were sent around the building to wait and I was greeted by an employee with the incorrectfood. I let her know and she took it back. Another employee came out with what was supposed to be the correct food and evenasked me, “the grilled cheese burrito?” I said yes and assumed it was correct since they confirmed. I got home and wasgreeted by the incorrect food. I drove back to the Taco Bell, which was supposed to be open 7-12, and they had said they wereclosed, but it was 11:30. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to drive all the way back in the morningto get a refund or the food remade. Note, I live 10 miles away so it isn’t just right next door. This was a terribleexperience and it’s not the first time it’s happened for me at this location. Read more

Absolutely absurd customer service, I’d give no stars if I could. I called to inquire about a poorly delivered/packaged door... dash order and I did accidentally call the wrong store, however the way this situation was handled was COMPLETELY unprofessionaland juvenile. I call and a woman answers the phone and I explained I was calling about a door dash order. Immediately she tellsme to “take it up with door dash and get your refund from them” when this was not what I was calling about. I said to herthat my food was packaged poorly and the contents were just spread out across my whole bag. She then starts raising her voicewith me telling me it’s not her problem and really just starting to speak obscene. I asked for the manager and low and beholdapparently THIS WAS THE MANAGER THE WHOLE TIME. I said to her that I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me, shedidn’t apologize for my inconvenience, ask the name on my order or even fully see what the issue was before she got rowdy withme. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with her including her staff. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. Iwill acknowledge that I did have the wrong location but regardless, as a business manager myself, the way she handled thissituation was completely disgusting. Her words, tone of voice and general demeanor is everything short of the title manager andshe should be stripped of this title immediately as I can only assume I am not the only customer who has been disrespected likethis. Taco Bell needs to do better!!! When I finally called the correct store the manger was extremely polite and apologetic asthey should be and they even admitted that her actions were extremely unprofessional and gave me corporates phone number toreport her. Whatever your name is, you are rude, inconsiderate and undeserving of your title. If you have issues at this storejust call corporate, she’s not even worth your time or hassle. Read more

This is 1 of the worst Taco Bells in the area. It's giving me 2013 S. Pearl St. McDonald's vibes. If you're from Albany you know... what I mean. I ordered 2 Chalupa Supreme meals and in place of my 2nd Chalupa for each meal they gave me a burrito and an extrataco. So to be clear, instead of 2 Chalupas and a taco per meal as advertised, I was given 1 Chalupa, a burrito, and 2 tacos permeal. Not sure if they thought they were doing me a favor but what they did was ruin my dinner. Thanks Taco Bell. Read more

This is not only by far and away the worst Taco Bell on the planet, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in... my life. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. We've had slow and problematic service at this location several times.Unfortunately we made the mistake of coming back. The person working the drive thru this last time literally wouldn't respondfor at least 30 seconds to a minute after you said each item. My wife repeatedly had to say "Hello? Did you get that? Are youstill there?" This made the process of ordering at the speaker literally take over 5 minutes, and that was for a small, veryuncomplex order of 4 hard tacos and 4 soft tacos and 2 chips and cheese. Mind you there were NO other cars ahead of us. Theywere not slammed or busy. Then we had to wait at the window for 15 minutes while the slacker who couldn't respond while takingorders at the window just leaned on the counter and played on his phone. It was taking so long we asked for a refund which heactually refused and said they were still working on our order. Meanwhile there were several other workers standing aroundplaying on their phones. We insisted that we wanted a refund. A woman claiming to be the manager came to take care of it,however she just proceed to attempt to call someone because she "didn't know how to do it?" How does a "manager" not know how todo a refund? We are very upset and we say we are appalled at how poorly this Taco Bell is run, and several of the staff proceedto start mouthing off and swearing at my wife, hooting and hollering like a bunch of middle schoolers at some fight on aplayground. They couldn't figure out how to do the refund, so when we said we either need our refund or our food, one of theworkers grabs a bag with our food and throws it down hard on the counter. This place is a disgrace and I have never in my lifeexperienced such rude, pathetic and outright deplorable customer service anywhere. Don't ever waste your time or money a Read more

Ordered through the app 5/25 and went to pick up through the drive thru at 9:15PM. Side note, I just did this same thing the... Wednesday before at a later time and had no issue. Waited in line and the guy said good to go and pull to the window. Then alady came up and said we have no food and to cancel in the app. Well once it says your order is being prepared, you can’tcancel it. So I called the Taco Bell location and then the lady on the phone said they were closed (Google says closed at 10PM).I said I was there almost an hour before and it won’t let me cancel my order through the app. She says employees aren’tallowed to do anything with the app and she can’t do anything. I put in a request help through the Taco Bell app and messagedthe Twitter care page. No response. I’m out $35 and when I checked the app after I got home, it said order complete and toenjoy my food. So it seems like someone got to eat my food. Unacceptable. Read more

I know by now fast food horror stories are so common that they're almost trite, but this one is special even by that very low... standard. We picked up a mobile order a short while ago from this location that had 8 items and 4 sides of guacamole. Out ofthat, 4 of the items were incorrect, and all 4 sides were missing. The 4 bean burritos were ordered fresco style, which removesall the dairy and adds tomatoes, making them vegan. The store made the bizarre choice to add sour cream to these, making themimpossible for me to eat. Now, the burritos include the tomatoes, so they obviously received the fresco modification. And beanburritos do not have sour cream in the first place, so how they decided it belonged in these burritos is beyond ourunderstanding. Weird, but well within the normal range of screw ups from this store. So we did what we normally do for thislocation--we called the store and asked them to remedy this. And this is where it went off the rails. The first person to answerthe phone was a male in a falsetto voice. When we asked for a manager, the person to come on was supposedly named Chris, whoclaimed to be a manager. Why would I doubt something like that? Well, here's how he responded to us. First, when we pointed outthe sour cream, he said that it was probably our fault for ordering it wrong. When we pointed out that the burritos were fresco,he said that that doesn't even show up for them. On hearing that sour cream doesn't even come on bean burritos normally, he justsaid, "I don't know." Then, the coup de grace. When we said that we wouldn't be able to come back tonight, he said that therewas nothing they could do anyway, since it's a mobile order. When we countered that the mobile app doesn't have any visiblerecourse for things like this, and that we routinely have items fixed or provided that are missing or incorrect at this verylocation... he told us to fill out a survey. Only after further prodding would he even provide us with the cus Read more
