I honestly can't put into words how amazing my experience was experience was at this restaurant. It was the most personal... experience I've ever had in my entire life. From the moment we walked in we had a section just for us with rose petals on thetable and were immediately greeted with 2 glasses of Moroccan minute. We had a specialized menu and the chef did not disappoint. The food just kept coming and we just kept eating and by the last course I couldn't even finish a quarter of it. Then the chefgoes but we haven't even had dessert. Oh my God I was so full at that point but I just had to try the baklava and cheesecake. The flavors were beyond beyond what I could have imagined and I will most definitely be going back for another date night. Read more

Excellent place! It?s always quiet and low key and the spice balance and taste is simply amazing. I tried the bruschetta for the... first time yesterday. It was on a pita and certainly different, but it?s my new bruschetta favorite. Otherwise, I?ve found myperfect note with the brown lentils and I keep going back to it each time. Read more

The food is ok but the prices are up 50% which again I could swallow. However, the portions have also shrunk in half. The last... cheesecake slice I got was 1/4 size of normal cheesecake for $8. Come guys seriously, it?s ridiculous. Read more

A gem of a restaurant, beautifully decorated in a calm, low-key relaxing vibe that enables you to partake deeply of the culinary... delights they have on their menu. I had the Fish in Spicy Date Sauce with Seasoned Rice and Vegetables. From the first bite Icould sense this is something extraordinary- the fish perfectly cooked, soft and flaky, and the sauce had a deep heat whichbrought out the flavors in a profoundly satisfying manner. Even though it was a very hot day, my wife tried the Chicken Soupwith Chickpeas and Vegetables ... its depth of flavors was the perfect antidote for the weather :-)! Our server (and chef!)Txito turned out to be the perfect host, with a warm pleasing personality and prompt, efficient service. All in all, a truefind for this New Yorker out and about in Albany :-)! The food here is arguably The Best you will find in the capital district. If you're tired of the same old cuisines of... yesteryear, try the tagines of Today! Service is great, atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, we absolutely love it here and knowyou will too! Read more

The wife and I ate at Tara Kitchen in Schenectady Sunday evening following the Old Songs folk festival for several years before... covid. We were pleasantly surprised to find a new Tara Kitchen in Guilderland this year. It's newer than Schenectady, but thefood was as first rate as ever. Don't know which Tara we'll wind up in the last Sunday evening in June, 2023, but I know dinnerwill be delicious. Read more

Moroccan tagines! We had the chicken with mixed veggies in apricot and prune sauce, and the lamb with pomegranate... molasses, black olives and almonds. They were just as good as they sound- savory, tender, and hot in our individual cast ironStaubs. Service was friendly, parking plentiful, and ???? were required. Highly recommended! Read more
