Okay, I'm going to say this first and get it out of the way: This place is expensive! $50 per person for dinner, before adding... on anything else like drinks or extras. Had a bit of sticker shock the first time I saw the bill. Now we can talk abouteverything else. The cost is worth it. Everything I put into my mouth tonight, from the house signature cocktail to the widearray of meat, was absolutely delicious. The meats were well cooked and well seasoned, and the servers cycled around the roomoften enough that we had to flip our cards to red to "pause" service a couple of times so that the meat didn't pile up fasterthan we could eat it. The salad bar is what every other salad bar in every other restaurant in the whole country wants to bewhen they grow up. The variety and quality was next level. I could easily have filled up just on vegetation. The hot plateswere delicious too. Their lobster bisque is different than what I'm used to, with a milder flavor and a surprising touch ofspicy heat. Dessert was on the house since we were there for a special occasion, which was very kind of them. Those too werefull of flavor but balanced, not too sweet or rich. Birthday dinner extravaganza!!!! My first time here and it was an awesome experience. I won't spoil how it all works because... that is part of the experience!! First off our waiter Jeffrey was so helpful and attentive!! He explained the dining process,took our drink orders and the adventure began. Since they have their own special Brazilian rum I ordered what was close to aPina Colada and my daughter ordered what was kinda like a Mai Tai. Delicious!! The salad bar is full of all kinds of deliciousthings - make your own salad, other tasty sides, and my favorite was the sharkcoochie fare!! (Hence the pre food plate pic).There was lobster bisque (my daughter said it was good and perfect for dipping bread into), scalloped potatoes (these were notthat great as it seemed the cheese sauce tasted like box sauce - maybe too much flour?), Jasmine rice (yummy), Brazilian blackbeans (also yummy) and sauteed mushrooms in a delicious gravy. Then the meat makes it's rounds RIGHT TO YOU!! The gauchos(Jeffrey said that is who they are) come with a spit and slice the meat to your liking. I will not spoil the choices but thereis something for everyone!! Every bite I took was delicious with the exception to the pork - it was a bit dry but nothing thegravy from the mushrooms couldn't fix. Also brought to the table is garlic mashed potatoes and sweet plantains - both werereally good. Forgot to mention the basket of kinda corn(bread) muffins that might have included cheese in them. So good. We hadanother awesome waitress come over (Lisa maybe) who was so sweet and showed us the desert options. Since it was my bday Iordered the carrot cake. It is a new restaurant concept in the US, rodizzio style, a never ending rotation of meats served at your table. The salad bar... is exceptional and for many customers, that salad buffet would be enough food. Simple pricing model, only two price tranchesplus drinks. Three stars for the steak and salad bar , best part of the experience. The waiter on the other hand was too slow on bringing us... what we asked for , we literally had to ask him 6 times for the steak we enjoyed the most . It took about 15 to 20 minutes. Myson asked for a second drink and it took him another 15 minutes to bring it. It was not very busy tonight maybe thats why theydidn't bring the steak around too much. We were not offered chicken of any sort and that is what my daughter in law eats. It wasme and my husband's first time eating here and it was not at all like what we were told it would be or what my son and daughterin law have experienced.
