This place never fails to amaze!!!! The food is always fantastic. The customer service is quite above par!!! The prices are... decent and the atmosphere is something to be remembered. Classic all around burger joint that brings back memories for young andold alike. If your in the area and need a snack, a meal, a cold refreshing drink, then stop by and enjoy the perks of an allaround good time. Read more

More than half the time I go to the albany location, my order is given to me wrong. Last time I went I ordered a chicken... sandwich by itself, and a 3pc fried chicken box, and I got two chicken sandwiches and some mashed potatoes. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. There food is absolutely disgusting and dry. The root beer float was made with flat hot root... beer. Went back the next night almost an hour before closing ( because of my work hours) and they wouldn?t remake our orderBecause they turned off the grills. All they were serving was ice cream. Update. Manager called me, apologized and asked me to text him my address so he would mail me a 20.00 check. Two weeks go by... nothing. I texted back and the response was "what!!?" I explained he asked for my address to mail me a refund for the meal. Hesaid the checks had been mailed out. Than he blocked me. No checks were mailed. I was lied to. Worst food ever Spent 25.00 ontwo meals. They messed up the order got two onion rings and it was supposed to be a fry with one and onion ring with other. Twobites and I spit my burger out. Someone added an extremely large amount of salt. I have had food salted too much but this was sobad I couldn't eat it. My husband threw his away too. The onion rings were dropping in oil. Still hungry we tried to eat a fewbut we both started to get stomach cramps. The worst food we ever had. Wish we could get a refund. Read more
The food here is really good. The service is excellent but they have the one lobby employee working themselves to death. And the... dining area needs an update. Read more
