It was good food as usual, but they put the lobby closed sign out right as I walked in the door, and rudely told me to go use... the drive thru. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go elsewhere or I would have. Read more
They made one of the freshest fast food hamburgers I've had in a while. Tomato and lettuce were excellent.
This is my pups favorite place. We drive her to Corvallis each week for cancer treatments. After each chemotherapy treatment,... she gets to stop at A&W for a vanilla ice cream. Read more
The fried food was honestly delicious but the service and wait time for said food was atrocious. 15 to 20 minute wait for a... half dozen mini-corndog bites is ridiculous, especially with no particular heads up that there might be a delay until 10 or sominutes in to waiting. Oh well. At least the root beer floats were delicious on an 89° day! Read more
Good food. Thats all. The staff has no drive and despite a massive line of hungry customers. Extremely slow. Some management... training would probably help. Don't expect fast service. They don't care. Would rather stand around and talk. Lots of peopleare leaving because of the service. 40minutes total wait time. Management is not taking this seriously. An ongoing problemfor several months. 20 minutes after ordering to get the food. And now after getting in the car the order is missing thefries from the meal. Expected nothing different. Read more
I had a regular cheeseburger and onion rings. There was a lady that was very helpful and worked very diligently to get my water... out. The onion rings are very good with the fry sauce. Unfortunately the hamburger on the other hand was not good I took about4-5 bites, and I didn't eat the rest of it. Had a funny taste like it was not digestible and it would cause problems. The food was ok but overall the service was horrible. Waited in line at the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. When I was... handed my food I was asked about sauce I asked what kind did they have and the server looked confused so I just said forget itand drove off. The food was hot thank God but it was bland and very dry and definitely overcooked not worth the 20 minute waittime for sure. Overall terrible experience. Read more
