We were greeted and seated promptly and our service was attentative, professional and respectful. We had an issue with a drink... and the manager came over and took care of it promptly, professionally and respectfully. Our experience was over all very good.The food was all good and of a quality that was expected. Our waitress was just about perfect. My only real gripe is that themenu options and drink options are fairly limited. I won't address the other negative point I had here, because the manager tookcare of it so well already. ---Would recommend for an easy eat out place in Albany. Read more

I went into the restaurant to order food to go (due to special circumstances we couldn't dine in) and was told to go to the side... door to order. I did so and it was so loud because we were right next to the kitchen. (Clanging, banging and yelling) that I hadto call home for my husband's order, I could barely here him or the cashier which she was very nice but I felt like we were subpar customers! Why couldn't we order in the restaurant and then go to the side door? My kids and I all got a headache and thefood was very little and was that good and they failed to put lettuce, tomato and onion on my daughters burger! Don't thinkwe'll be going back. Worst Applebee's in the country Ordered our food on door dash and they got it wrong then we drove to the restaurant to get it... fixed the manager never talked to us and the waitress said "I checked it and it's all correct this time" we get back home justto find that it was again not correct!!!!
