Went through drive thru a few days ago and it was alright. It was slow getting to the window but it was the evening and it was... busy. While I would?ve been just fine when I got my food, there was a heavily tattooed manager who was bagging up our food thatwas picking his ears before he scooped up our fries and food. Very disgusting. They need to wear gloves while handling food. They need better customer service. And they need to be trained on how to use the... App coupons. Supposed to get 1 free upsize a day with an order without a code. GM Shawn told me that they don't get trained onhow to use the app and refuse to look at my phone to show him no code is necessary.
