Went through drive thru a few days ago and it was alright. It was slow getting to the window but it was the evening and it was... busy. While I would?ve been just fine when I got my food, there was a heavily tattooed manager who was bagging up our food thatwas picking his ears before he scooped up our fries and food. Very disgusting. I would?ve said something except I didn?t wanthim to be the person I talked to. People need to be more aware and hygienic. Read more

They need to wear gloves while handling food. They need better customer service. And they need to be trained on how to use the... App coupons. Supposed to get 1 free upsize a day with an order without a code. GM Shawn told me that they don't get trained onhow to use the app and refuse to look at my phone to show him no code is necessary. And told me not to come back to that BurgerKing. Totally disrespectful. Read more
We waited in the drive through for a very long time, (not going to assume what the issue was) there were 3 cars ahead of us.... Then when we got our order there wasn't any condiments at all, had to go inside to ask for them. Food was hot and fresh. Read more
Haven't been to BK in years because it is one of my least favorite fast food places but my daughter really wanted chicken fries.... Got that and a small soda. The small soda was almost as much as the chicken fries. I think it was almost 3 dollars. Nevergetting sugar water at BK again. We took the drive thru and it was super slow. Read more
In my opinion, the decor in the building was new and nice. The customer service was okay. It was not the best customer service... but nor was it the worst. The food was the worst part of my experience. Their nuggets were cold and undercooked. Their tacosdidn't taste fresh. They also didn't give up our sauce. So I recommend a different Burger King or Del taco. Hopefully they fixtheir food issue and there lack of cleaning the lobby. ? Read more
