This particular Domino's has always provided great service. Generally we order online and us the curbside pickup so that's also... handy. The pizza is consistently good! We buy the hand made pan pepperoni, Canadian bacon and sometimes add a salad. All verygood! Also om occasion we order the jalapeño cheese bread... wow try it! Read more
Don't do it, its a trap! They messed up every single pizza, and by the time we got them, they were room temp. Called the manager... to let them know..... he wanted to send a lava cake (would take 45 minutes) to make it better.... a refund would have beenbetter. Every single time we've ordered here, they mess something up. Usually it's a minor issue, but none of the pizzas wereceived were remotely like our order. Never again. Read more
ordered a pizza online for pickup and after paying, it showed a 1.5 hour wait. whatever, they're busy. the 1.5 hours goes by and... the pizza hasn't even started preparation yet. try to call the place, get forwarded to an India customer rep, who puts me onhold to call the Albany store. The person apologizes saying the store won't pick up and they can't do anything over on theirend. drive to the location after 2 hours now, and they say my order will start in 30 minutes. cancelled the order and got arefund. too bad I didn't get my time back, which is apparently unimportant to Dominos. Ended up ordering from Woodstock's inCorvallis which was an infinitely better decision. This location needs to hire and pay more staff or close it down. Read more
I ordered two sandwiches at 5:45 they arrived at 8:40. I called at 7 to find out if the driver had gotten lost and the woman... assured me know they're on their way it takes a little bit of time for them to get there. I have to tell you I only live a mileaway. The sandwiches might as well have been made from beef jerky. I have never had anything worse in my life. I Won't Go Back Read more
This store used to be good, but its horrible now! 2 hours for a pizza on a Tuesday? This is the 3rd time they have been... ridiculously slow. They also just stop answering that phone at some point so you can't even call and cancel. The employees allsound stoned out of their minds. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a simple pizza, alfredo sauce and salami and when it arrived all the toppings were off the pizza and smashed all over... the box. The pizza wasn't even cut. When I called the store, who ever I spoke to, was a total jerk. I will never order from thislocation again. Read more
The quality of dominos has severely decreased in the past year, today was the last straw for me. I ordered a pizza at 8:02 on a... Friday, we figured it will definitely be busy it?s a Friday. Two hours later our order is delivered, no worries, we get it. I?m8 months pregnant and I immediately can smell the stench of BBQ sauce. Open my pizza to see it is covered, literally drenched inBBQ sauce which we did not order. I called, man on the phone offered to send out a new one would be by in 45 mins. We accept areplacement and wait. I then watch the dominos tracker and see they literally pass our house to deliver other orders. I wouldsay priority is the order you messed up and had wait for two hours but that?s just me. Don?t recommend unless they change theirstore and workers somehow. Went here after all the quick pizza joints were soldout of pizza, glad I did because the place was empty and I was helped right... away. The staff was very courteous and friendly, I hadn't been to a domino's in some time so they explained all my choices ofpizza. Ordered 2 pizzas with different toppings & soda, we ended up enjoying our food in the sit down area which was a nicechange of pace. Place was very clean and enviting, bathrooms were well kept and not thrashed. All and all a great experience. Iwill definitely be going back in the future for better pizza than 6 dollar rubberstamp pizza. Good job domino's, keep it up. Read more
