This place horrible, the salads are icey and freezer burn. They seem never to have dipping sauces for my egg rolls. We went through the drive thru, even though there's " New management" I'm still just not impressed by there food, fry's we're... like they were old and possibly microwaved, burger was ok, they took the order fine but when we got to the window we weregreeted with " hey , it's $17.68" then shut the window and kept back to us the hole time. Wish I could give negative stars. Worst customer service ever. The wait wasn't the problem, I understand everyone is... understaffed at the moment, but there was some pregnant lady working the window and she cursed at us, told us we could get a jobthere if we wanted stuff faster, ect when we simply said we weren't upset about the wait, we were upset about the attitude. Sherefused to give me her name, otherwise it would be here. Another employee made food for their friend and gave it to them forfree while we waited for thirty minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. We got backed out of the lobby and the door was closed onus after we were told "sorry, she's in her first trimester of pregnancy" like that made up for the verbal abuse and the nearlyhour wait while they pumped out orders for a bunch of other people. She also threw our sandwiches haphazardly into the bagbecause she was annoyed with us. Probably won't ever come back here. Also if y'all paid people more, you probably wouldn't be sounderstaffed all the time. Just a thought. Read more
Worst experience ever. First the girl at the window was spun out of her mind and it was clearly noticeable. Second they have no... Ice and so I chose not to take it no biggie drive all the way home just to find out they did not put my burger in the bag sobasically I payed 12 dollars for a French fry. I then called and the girl that answered giggled and said ?my bad, I?m lookingright at it? said I could go back and they would make it fresh. I declined as I just worked a 12 hr shift. I stop here every so often for their hideously delicious tacos. When it is staffed, they are on top of it and surprisingly... quick in the drive through, however I find them regularly closed during posted business hours. I wonder if Jack needs to paythese guys a little more to retain them. Read more
Went just to get 2 orders of 7 piece Jalapeno poppers, haven't gone for a while. Wish I hadn't. No one wearing mask or gloves.... Assuming it was a manager comes out of office no mask no gloves starts bagging food no hand wash. If I hadn't paid I would'veleft. The jalapeno seemed like they were refried I don't know how many times ???? almost half had no cheese they were so hardand even had 2 with no cheese or jalapeno. Waste of money! Read more
We had lunch here today and the food was fantastic! The dining room was super clean. Service was oh so friendly, and the food... came out quick. Yummy drink "jumpin Jack Splash" try it out. What more could you ask for. Located next to Pet Co. Read more
It's amazing to me that each time i try to order a munchie meal, (the same item each time) you never have to items to make it.... Been there three times in the last few months and never had what i asked for. And if it's an excuse of "popular item" thenincrease your order quantity in order to keep up with demand. Simple. The other annoying excuse I've gotten is "oh, all ourtacos are frozen." You deep fry them. So do that already. This a poor excuses for an easily solved problem. Read more
