We eat at Casinos often, leave huge tips and always have a great meal and good service. We bragged to our friends how great the... happy hour is and took them there. We were not allowed to sit in the fireside lounge for happy hour even though they had seatsavailable. I?m not sure why? We ended up paying full price for the same meals and drinks. We were in a table right next to thebus station. Our friend ordered chicken Romano and loves spicy but it was spicier then the hottest Thai food we ate the daybefore. We couldn?t get our sever to get us drinks so we tried to politely order them at the bar. It was a huge ordeal and theytold us we couldn?t. We tried to order fireball shots, and was charged for it, they were out of that liquor. We ended upordering jack Daniel shots and it was not even room temperature but so hot. We finally got our check and they charged us forfood we didn?t order or receive. We waited 35 minutes from the time we gave payment until we received the copy to sign. Ourfriend took our four kids to the car, because they were getting restless. When the checks finally came, they had mixed up ourcards and receipts. They ended up paying 45 more dollars for our food. When we pointed it out she crinkled up the receipt andran off?. I?ve been a waitress when I was younger and have never left a review like this but tonight was unbelievable. We were seated immediately tonight as the restaurant wasn?t even 1/2 full. After waiting 15 minutes to be greeted by our server... we decided to leave. Most places the server greets us almost immediately. This is the second time we have walked out of Carino?sbecause we haven?t ordered drinks within 15 minutes of being seated. The food was good but the price of 90 dollars for a little bit of food that is expost to be for a family was disappointing, I... ordered two of the chicken Alfredo family dinners and it only feed two to three people when it was exposed to feed 4. I wasfeeding 8 people luckily I ordered the salad and chili that help feed the remaining 2 people that wasn't able to get pastabecause there was not enough.The pasta was small postioned and I asked for extra sauce it was still pretty dry. I'm not upsetabout the tast I'm upset about the amount of food for the price I paid because like I said everyone want able to eat pasta andno one ate big amounts they all had one scoop. Read more
Went in tonight to get dinner with my boyfriend, everything was great until we got our food, I got the gluten free pasta which... tasted like it had been cooked in dishwasher soap and the chicken in both of our meals was awful. I?m not the kind of person tosend my food back but this was the worst pasta I have ever eaten. Service was okay but this is not somewhere I would everrecommend. Read more
5 stars all around. This restaurant is beautiful inside and out, and they have the staff to match. Everyone was so friendly and... helpful and made our food not only delicious, but efficiently. Placed an order for pickup and it was so good we had to go back asecond time to get another order of the chicken parmesan for my boyfriend because let me tell you - this is by far the bestchicken parmesan I have had in a while. The chicken is perfectly crisp and the sauce had tremendous flavor. I ordered theminestrone soup on the side and that also had great depth of flavor. My taste buds are doing a dance right now just thinkingabout this food. The baguette they served on the side was so fresh and soft too, with the outside of the bread being the perfectamount of crisp! Tasted amazing with the oil and herbs. The only thing that maybe wasn't a full 5 stars was the chicken Alfredo,which is why we went back and got another chicken Parm. My boyfriend said that he wished the Alfredo sauce was morethick/cheesy. He also said that the chicken could have had some more flavor to it too. But again, that chicken parmesan wasamazing, so it definitely made up for the Alfredo and then some :) The desserts?? Oh man, the desserts were SO good. As I waspaying for the food, the hostess told us that she was excited for us to try the apple skillettini because it was her absolutefavorite thing on the menu and we definitely found out why. The puff pastry was nicely crisp and the apples were soft and juicy.The caramel on top as well as the caramel on the ice cream was a nice touch as well. I'm also a huge fan of cannolis too, andthese ones were picture perfect, but they tasted even better than they looked. The shells on these cannolis were so crispy freshand the filling was perfectly smooth. No one likes a soggy/stale cannoli shell! Man if I could give this place 100 stars, Iwould. Some co workers and I came from Washington to do some work...last day there we discovered this place. We walked in and was... quickly greeted by staff who gave us a seat and a menu...fresh bread and oil hit the table and the very nice lady asked what weneeded for drinks...those got to us in a flash. My boss got the Jonnys plate...other guy got seafood plate and I got raviolisplate....that said...my goodness..we just tore into the food..we were all silent as we ate..that's a first.. The staff addedfreshly grated parmesan cheese to all our meals..the food was absolutely delicious and amazing...I saw some comments aboutwaiting for food...this is a restaurant not a fast food place...good food is never rushed..lousy food comes in 2minutes...anyways.... We all agreed that the meals were excellent..flavor was spot on and the portion size just right.. allmeals were served on hot plates that keeps food nice and hot. The waitress was so cool and the whole experience wasamazing...the inside of the building made you feel comfortable as it was very clean. Outside you will find seating around abeautiful fountain. There are so many thing to try that I would need a good month just to try them... If I ever get the chanceto visit the state again I will definitely be coming back to this place..totally worth it..Thank you for the great time and foodthat was given to us..I swear that I make it a mission to come back..unless of course you build one of those in southeastWashington hehehe.
