We waiting at the drive thru for 20 mins and we order 2 rootbeer floats and a cheese curds... waited for over 10mins at the... window they had us the curds then had to wait 5 more mins for the floats and when it was handed to us it was foaming overdripping down the sides!!! Lady took my order & $$, waited too long then told I never paid for it. Supervisor straightened out the mess, gave me all my $$... back plus the food. So guess I still have faith in KFC & thanks to the Supervisor. Food was great. Make sure they give you areceipt so there's no problems. Read more
I just went to the Albany, Or. KFC this evening and got 2 original recipe 3 piece dinners. The Chicken was over cooked and dry... and the skin was tough as well! Also the root beer tasted totally watered down!! SOOO disappointed!! This is the second timein the last couple of weeks we have tried KFC and been disappointed!! 1) Driest chicken ever. I chocked and gasped for breath. 2) Only gave us 1 of or 2 Cheesy Curds. We were devastated. 3) Don?t... have Coca-Cola. I ordered a fill up meal. Supposed to have 8 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits, with A side... order of Mac and cheese. Was charged 23.50. When she handed me the order I double checked with her that I had my sides. What Iactually got was 14 pieces of chicken, no sides! When I went into the place to get what I had ordered they refused to give methe sides and correct their mistakes. And refused to take the chicken back. Their employee admitted she did the order wrong,wasn?t hearing right with her headset and it was their fault. Needless to say I will not be going back. Read more
