We came after a wedding to pick up pizzas for the boys. When we drove up they told us there were no pizzas ready, and we... destroyed the poor men by ordering five pies. Despite this, they prepared five delicious pizzas in just 12 minutes, and broughtit to the car. This heroism made the pizza taste even better and has earned my New Yorker Seal of Approval. Do not go to the little Caesars in Albany located at 1240 SE Geary St. I placed an order online for pickup through the Drive... thru. When I got to the window to get my food. The employee handed me only part of my order. When I told him I was missing foodhe told me really that is all of it. O I looked at my receipt on the box I had a total of 8 pizzas ordered and a order of Breadsticks and 2 sides of Marinara sauce. He handed me only 5 pizzas and the sauces at first. So I had to show him the receipt andthen hands me the bread sticks and tells me to park in the lot as they have to make my other pizzas. He then comes over to mycar 10 minutes after I am waiting and asks if I will take 2 regular papperoni pizzas. I paid more for the pizzas I ordered andsaid no I would like what I ordered. So 30 minutes later they finally come out and hand me my other 3 pizzas. So now I have 5pizzas and bread sticks that are cold and it was the worst service ever. Read more
Never hot and ready! This place lacks leadership and half the employees just don't want to be there. Could this be poor work... conditions or lack of pay? who knows but the service is either hit or miss but if you're going between the hours of 3 and 6,it's always a miss. Food is what you expect for the price but as they go up you have to ask yourself is it really worth itanymore? Better quality food can be found for a few more dollars at any other pizza place in town. Read more
I walked in and ordered a pepperoni deep dish pizza. Even though the cashier took my name and I was waiting right in the lobby... just as I told her I would be, she nor any of the other employees bothered letting me know my pizza was done, so after waitingfor almost 25 minutes and seeing a woman that ordered after me walk out with 5 pizzas, I finally asked where my pizza was. Igave the kid at the register my name and asked me if I could please get my pizza and I let him know about my atrocious waittime...he asked me if it was him that had taken my order, I then told him no and asked him what difference that made, then askedhim AGAIN if I could please have my pizza. I finally got it but definitely wasn't happy about the wait. At least it was good. Read more
I'm hoping this is a one off situation. I ordered a Detroit Deep Dish Veggie pizza. When I got home and sat down to eat it we... noticed the middle wasn't done. I just ordered and paid for a deep dish pizza and when I got home, it was a very thin crust that was so limp, it was like eating... cheese with pepperoni with no crust. I repeated my order twice and paid $8.99. I hate getting the wrong order when I was lookingforward to a thick crust!! Read more
