?Fast food??only go here if you want to wait 30 minutes for a single burger that you ordered ahead of time on the app, then... don?t even pickup said burger because you can?t be late to work and it?s been half an hr waiting?. Better to head straight towork on an empty stomach and avoid the rage and disappointment it will instill in you. Read more
I go thru this McDonald's regularly and usually have pretty decent service until last evening about 6pm. My total time in the... drive u was over 45 minutes! The drive in was busy but after waiting in the line ( which is impossible to get out of once carsare behind you) the wait to order was about 25 minutes then another 15 to 20 to get up in line to pick up our food. (Which ofcourse they didn't get the order correct either) The kid running the headset seemed annoyed at the number of people in line andasked me why I didn't just give up and leave. ( even though there was obviously no way one can escape once u r in the linebelieve me I was looking for one. There were no apologies or explanations for the extremely long wait. Had they had a decentattitude I would not be writing such a negative review. In the recent past we waited maybe 20 minutes but they were very niceand offered coupons for my inconvenience. Not sure where the manager was this time but it was a TOTAL train wreck in there. Wewill likely not return for quite some time. Read more
Small Franchise owners as most of them are, it's hit or miss on your order regardless of drive thru or pick up..might be right... might be wrong. Pretty quick usually, busy on normal busy times. Owner gives free coupons and meals if you let her know theyscrewed you on your order so that's cool! Look out folks the classic "ice cream machine is broken" happens a lot. Read more
The service is always prompt and friendly and the food is nice and hot and prepared the way it's supposed to be and the orders... are accurate. My only complaint is they occasionally don't fill the fry boxes completely, like maybe they were in too much of ahurry or something. Read more
I get that fast food is hard right now, but there are some folks that are still happy and up-beat... these were not those... people. With much correction and yelling into the microphone to be heard, we were able to get our order placed... the guy whotook our money was the least friendly person I've dealt with in awhile and the girl at the food window, who originally took ourorder seemed a bit lost. I do not recommend stopping at this McDonald?s for anything. Every time I have gone here there?s always something wrong with my... food. The last time I went there this is what my hashbrown looked like and they took a bite out of my son?s pancake put it onthe bottom of the pile so that I didn?t see it until I got home and then when we called them they proceeded to hang up on ustwice when we tried to tell them about what had happened. We?ve also gotten a big Mac from there a couple weeks ago that onlyhad the lettuce and sauce on it with no patties that they charged full price for when we asked for nothing to be different withit. The last picture is of the bag and how much grease soaked into it and they sent it out like this. This place is awful. Donot spend your money here. Read more
