I got two sandwiches and a salad $45 which I expected but my bacon avocado turkey sandwich I asked for hot it was cold and had... no avocado. Waited forever for it. I just felt like it was throwing together a couple pieces turkey couple pieces of bacontomato hardly any mayonnaise which would have been fine had I had my avocado on there . Won't go again I'll hit the Carl's jr.Next door. Asked my server what salads you suggested she hesitated asked her which sandwiches she likes she hesitated and thentold me she doesn't eat there. Really made me want to eat there. Not Read more

My chicken sandwich only had mayo on it... No lettuce or anything it said it came with. The apple they gave me was brown and... mushy. The woman was nice enough I guess but she also forgot the water I asked for. Plus it took forever... So you would thinkmy chicken would have been hot... It wasn't. Will not be returning to this location (Albany Oregon) Read more

I ordered 2 of the steak sandwiches for dinner on our way to a football game, and customized my order because I don't like... horseradish and I wanted to add fresh onions and tomatoes. My sandwiches came missing the pickled onions that were supposed tobe on the sandwiches and still had the horseradish sauce. So my husband and I couldn't eat them which was a waste of $30 Read more

One of my favorite stops when I am on the road up Interstate 5 in Oregon. Locations in Eugene, Albany, Keizer, and many other... places (except my hometown ????????). Easy access off the freeway. Great menu items and a wonderful bakery. Read more

At Panera bread right now: the service was the best I?ve had in a Panera Bread across the country. Also, the atmosphere and... seating area was nice and relaxing. Christina on staff was very helpful and her attitude was what gave me a reason to write areview. Thank you for showing you enjoy your job and take pride in your work and restaurant. I appreciate you. ???????????? Read more

I?m so impressed with the customer service here. I haven?t been to Panera for a while and was unfamiliar with their menu... changes. I was trying to order mac & cheese as one of my U Pick 2 options but I didn?t read the menu right and asked the cashierfor ?grilled mac & cheese?. When I picked up my order I was perplexed as to why I had a sandwich instead of mac & cheese. I toldthe ladies preparing the food that I didn?t think it was my order. It was then that I learned there was a *sandwich* of grilledmac & cheese. I said no problem, not what I was trying to order but perhaps what I did. They instantly offered to also give meregular mac & cheese. They quickly got me mac & cheese and I left super impressed with that level of kindness and customerservice, especially in the stressful times with supply chain and staffing issues the food industry is facing presently. As Iwalked out I heard the lady who helped me very kindly mention to the cashier that it would be good to read peoples orders backto them to make sure they are right. Whoever the manager is, you hired well! Thanks Albany Panera for making my week brighter.???? Read more

My fiance and I went to get a bread bowl for me this evening (I'm pregnant and was craving one) and he got the peach and... blueberry smoothie and I got their new in-season frozen strawberry lemonade. And his smoothie tasted like water and cream, didn't taste like peaches nor blueberries but I had seeds in it. And my "frozen" lemonade was not frozen at all and it lookedlike the made froth that took most of the cup which was barely half filled. If you can even say that. I took 3 small drinks fromit and that's what it looked like. And it doesn't tast too much like strawberries or lemonade and is slightly watered down. Tosay the least we won't be returning considering this is the second time we've been disappointed from this location. And the ladyseemed to be in a rush to get us out. Read more

I love the Panera franchise and get a lot of work done at their restaurants. I enjoy the atmosphere, the smell of baking bread,... and the very quick wifi. However, the Albany, OR location appears mismanaged. They are often behind on orders (people standingaround, I've stood around myself), do not have very professional staff, and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty. Each time I sit downI have to brush crumbs off the table and not food debris littered under surrounding tables (see pictures attached). The bathroomis always on par with a gas station lavatory as well. Great chain, this location is sub-par. Edit: Wow, came this evening toget to work and it was closed. An employee sitting outside said that their manager didn't come in... Read more
