The cowboy pizza was tops, we had to cook it, but fresh from our kitchen with their prep is a good experience.
Staff at the Albany location tried to over charge then canceled my order when I complained. Long time customer never to return.
I have always loved Papa Murphy's so here I go writing them a good review. Why not? They always come through! This last trip I... picked up one of their triple pepperoni pizzas for the first time. I cooked it up just like the instructions said and f-ing WOW!I was in heaven. Tons of pepperoni with all its greasey goodness! Yah... that was nice. Anyway, for an affordable pizza youcould do a lot worse, for sure! I drove past two such places on the way to Papa Murphys as a matter of fact. Not sure why but I feel like they add too much yeast to their crust no matter how long you cook it you can still taste it

Still has classic well prices pizza made fresh. Was busy but hurried right along. Great work
Always quick, fresh, and pricing is good. In the literal 100?s of times we?ve gone there in the past 2 decades, I?ve had maybe 5... pizzas that weren?t accurate or to my liking, but the staff were quick to correct when applicable and those are pretty goododds. My only criticism would be the new crust isn?t my fave but it?s still good enough. Its not a huge change but it is a whiffmore bland. For those complaining about masks, it?s a pandemic, they are required and won?t be sometime soon. It floors me thatpeople are still surprised by this 2 years later. I?ve seen too many customers (we go here almost weekly so we see a lot) beratethe employees and they handle it with incredible professionalism each time. They have ample alternative options for how you canget your pizza if you don?t want to wear one in the store and they review them with you each time. We?ve been customers for over25 years and don?t see that stopping any time soon! Read more
They repeatedly don't have any salads, I keep being told we are waiting for a good shipment but all of the other papa Murphy in... Lebanon and Corvallis have no problem attaining good shipments. I was just told it's the managers job not theirs, mean the ladytaking the order. This has been going on for a couple months now, even after they closed for remodeling and reopened. Read more
