Don't ever call in your order, because you will get treated like garbage. Called once to ask about the delivery fee, got... attitude immediately and canceled the order. Called a second time to correct the address because the online ordering got itwrong. Got treated like garbage. Will excitedly come back to eat here when they fire some of their worst people. This Pizza hut has the best vegetable pizza. I?ve tried dominoes veggie pizza and it looked and tasted like they threw the... veggies on after the pizza had already baked. They were even cold! Pizza hut has the best wings and cinnastix too. Will only beordering from pizza hut from now on. Read more
I've been going to the Pizza hut in Albany for years, but lately they are really declining in their service. Sidney who says she... is a manager was not only rude to me but also an employee, that by the sounds of it just started there. Very rude! Veryunprofessional!!! Is this the kind of people you hire? I tried taking my kids out to pizza here to celebrate and the lobby was closed. We had to wait in the car for our pizza. I guess... you should call first if you want to enjoy an evening with your family here. Would have spent more money if I was inside too. Read more
We were the only customers there. We were taken to a sticky and very dirty looking table. I asked if we could be seated at a... clean table and the waitress informed us this is the way they all are. We will never eat in there again take out only now. Atleast the wings were good. Read more
The main reason I ordered from Pizza Hut this time was cause I wanted the boneless wings but as per usual they were dry and that... why I ordered the extra honey bbq sauce. The pizza was good though. I?m not sure if I need to try and come in the store some howwhich would make it hard cause I don?t drive but this isn?t the first time I have ordered the wing and they were dry. In thepast I don?t usually have to put all the extra sauce on my wings like this time, but it just doesn?t seem to do any good to calland say anything cause the outcome is always the same. Read more
Blah! Ordered two pizzas and a Cinnabon desert. Delivery was very FAST so that is why it gets 2-stars instead of one. The... pizza's were hot, but the one with extra cheese, the cheese was not melted and cooked through. The sauce was all sugar, candysweet and hard to eat. Is this new? If so, it's a bad idea unless it's Pizza for kids. It was not worth eating, but it wasnearly 8pm and we were hungry so we ate a 1/2 a pizza and tossed out 1 and 1/2 pizzas. I can't see any way of saving them withbad sauce. Now something that should be sweet the Cinnabon Rolls were sweet, but that's not cinnabon dough. It's likecongealed paste and could be modified pizza dough. Nothing like what you get at Cinnabon stores our outlets. Not sure whatthat was. I remember when we used to go to Pizza Hut and sit down and order a Pizza, have a salad before hand, and the pizzawould come out HOT and it was an exciting event for a unique family treat. I guess pizza hut is like a twinkie. I remember Iliked them as a kid, but tasted one recently and either the recipe changed or I have. I guess we outgrew Pizza Hut. Sad to sayeven Dominos is better.
