Our 1st choice for dinner tonight was Wendy's we got there and the line was super busy but wendys sounded really good. The line... after 15 minutes inside didn't move, so we thought, "You know, let's go to red robins." That was the beginning of our 1stmistake After being seated real quick our server informed us she would get our drinks ready and our appetizers ready but shewas being phased out and we will be receiving a new server. The new server showed up 20 minutes later asking if we were readyfor drinks and appetizers... Experience already starting off terrible. We informed the new server that we had already orderedour drinks and were waiting on our appetizers to come. After receiving our appetizers and drinks 5 minutes later, we orderedour main courses, typical and traditional burger, some Mac and cheese for the kids, and 2 whiskey river barbecue wraps. Only 35minutes later did our food come cold Like it was sitting At the window. Service was terrible. Our waiter never came back, andwe had to find someone in the kitchen to ask for boxes and a check, and 0 tips were left 1/10 would not recommend ???? Itwasn't even busy.... Read more

I think that Red Robin's burgers are good but I think there are better options out there for the same price or similar for less.... But if you like their fries then that could make up for it since they are bottomless. But their fries aren't my favorite either.I prefer a little crunch to my fries. I'm not impressed with the other menu options either. Last time I went I got the avocadosalad. I didn't find it any better than a salad from Wendy's. I wasn't happy with the service either. Last time we went half ofthe dining room was empty and it still took 20 minutes to be seated. And then I didn't get my food in time to eat before I hadto leave. I had a meeting I had to go to about an hour after we sat down. I left after 40 minutes without my food. My familystayed to wait for her food and my wife said it still took another 10 minutes. As I left I asked if they could cancel my order,after all it was a salad. They said they could put it in a to go box. Luckily my wife was still there to take the to go boxbecause I wasn't going to wait any longer for the food. If she hadn't been there I would have had to just walk out withouteating or paying. I have been to this restaurant many times. If you can catch them when they aren't slammed the service is great. Lately, it does... seem like the service is sliding from what it used to be. They aren't getting to your table when. You first sit down and peopledon?t check on you very often. I know times are hard, and people don?t want to work which I took into consideration with the3-star rating. Read more

We had a bummer of time here the other night. We waited about half and hour for our food to come out, and it came out lukewarm.... My daughter ordered a cheeseburger from the kids menu and it came out just a patty on a bun. The menu clearly stated and showedcheese on it as well as mentioning it came with some things on the side. We were met with snarky attitudes and attempts toexplain away why it didn't come with what it said it was going to come with, none of which were logical or acceptable excuses.The initial person we spoke with I believe was a manager and really handled it poorly. Our server came by and we asked to havethe kids burger comped, which he did so and apologized which we appreciated. Overall, bad service. Mediocre food. I waited 25 minutes for the seat. There were lots of customers. After getting the seats, we still waited for a long time for the... orders. The food was great but need to expect a long waiting time. Recommend to people who are not in a rush while going to thisrestaurant. Read more

This Red Robin was probably the worst one I have been to. Been to many in Oregon and throughout different states. The waitress... was extremely slow waited over 45 min for our food and it was not crowded whatsoever. She kept taking to her friends and otherstaff. Order came out wrong twice. Just an overall bad experience. The restaurant as well is not clean inside. Staff: 0/5(personal attention to each customer was not given and orders took over 45 min) Products:2/5 (good products, but the order cameout wrong multiple times) Health: 5/5 (can be as healthy or non healthy as you want. On my recent visit to this Red Robin location, our server Cade was unattentive to our table outside of ordering our food. I... ordered my typical delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger but my guest with me ordered a Chicken sandwich and it was a hot mess. I hadto stop another server by the name of Abigail to have my food brought to me for an unknown reason when the restaurant wasn'tthat busy, I appreciate her helping our server. But later having to flag down someone for drink refills isn't what I typicallyneed to do, especially when the server keeps walking by to help other guest; surprisingly the manager was the one that assistedus. I would rather go to another Red Robin location where I know I will receive better Customer service. Also, I should notethey don't honor "Red Robin Corporate coupons or specials at this particular location. " Read more

Was there for 1.25 hour, put order in for second serving of fries.... At same time that my order arrived..... Burger was not... burger I ordered... They sent back, I ate first order of fries, after one hour wait paid for ticket $20.00.. one order of friesand a beer.... Will never go back .. Made me pay for burger I couldn't eat....
