Service and coffee both awesome
The baristas were nice, but not very knowledgeable, about what you would expect from a non corporate store. They lacked the... passion for their product that I've come to expect from Starbucks. They were such a stickler to their policy that I asked for arefill on the way out and they told me that only if I had stayed in the lobby. I understand sticking to a policy, but my partyspent $25 on drinks and I was the only one getting a refill. Advice: stay away from Starbucks in other stores. They have thesame products, but not the training to know what to do with it. Read more

I've been to many Starbucks across the United states and south Korea. This store is a great place to come get coffee. This store... is in my top 5 all time Starbucks stores I've been to due to the friendly attitude and great customer service. Read more

Old grumpy lady was very disrespectful, and made my father wait on purpose, when all he asked for was a cup of ice. She... continued to discuss it, in an unprofessional manner with a customer, in which I could over hear. Will not be returning withsomeone idiotic working, like herself. Wasn't even closing time and refused to make me a frappe because equipment was in the back washing and she didn't want to wash... it again since she was almost off. Will never waste my time again. Horrible customer service. Read more
Andrea, the Barista at this location, is by far the nicest barista I've ever met! Truly a sweet lady.
