Subway is my favorite fast food place and should be yours too, it is so delicious I can't stop myself from wanting more.
Okay, so maybe this Refresh thing has restored my faith in Subway. It does count for a couple of the stars. But really this... five star review is for the excellent customer service received from Taylor and Josh. Very polite and friendly all while beingefficient and crafting several very nice sandwiches off the new menu. Thanks for the great experience! They really cheap out on many ingredients specifically trying to give out 5 slices of olives on a 10$ foot long is ridiculous.... Sandwich was ok but really irritating how cheap they have started getting with the olives and other stuff. Before a year ago itwas actually pretty good but now I prefer other places in Albany more that will put a reasonable amount on your sandwiches. Read more
I ordered online and when I got there 30 minutes later my sandwiches were not ready.(but I could see they were busy so that... didn't bother me. I didn't mind waiting for them to get to my order). What bothered me started when they stated they were out ofavocado. Subway team member A says to me "We are all out of avocado." To which I respond "that's okay. But you will bereimbursing me for it." (Because avocado is $1.49 to add to each sandwich and I bought seven sandwiches of which five hadavocado) The Subway team members A and B look at each other then Subway team member A says to me "I don't know how to do that."To which I replied "well, avocado cost extra and if I can't get it that's fine but I want to be reimbursed for it." Both subwayteam members look at each other again and this time Subway team member B says to subway team member A "Just open anotherbag." So to my surprise I was under the impression that they were out but really they just didn't want to open another bag forme and my sandwiches. That seemed odd and kind to shady but oh well. As they continue to make my sandwiches they constantlybicker about who made what sandwich and where they were with my order. When I offered to open the sandwiches up myself and seewhat was what to help with their confusion they snapped back "We know what sandwiches was what, We just need to label them." Ok.That was a little rude but oh well I continue to let them work. When they were done with my sandwiches I said thank you andleft. Only to get home and realize they messed up on not just one sandwich but three sandwiches. We live a good 20 minutes awayfrom Subway so going back wasn't an option. They were not only rude and shady (The avocado) they also ruined my family's dinner.I would gladly go back and see if I can have a different experience maybe a better one but that one was awful. I order from Subway a fair amount when I am on the road for business. I like to get the Turkey with Double Meat, lettuce,... tomatoes, and mayonnaise. The Albany location is super close to my office and very easy to see from Pacific Boulevard SE (99E)and has ample parking. I usually order using the phone app which is as easy as it gets. Never a problem with the order or thepickup time. Super friendly staff at this location. Great place to eat. Read more
First thing when I walked in the door the staff was greeting me with a smile and welcoming me in. I ordered a salad to help... keep my body healthy while traveling for work. If you are on a road trip and want healthy options and an easy comfortable cleanenvironment to eat in, this is a recommended stop. Read more
This location always does a great job. They take pride in their work, which is rare in fast food nowadays.
