If you are busy, I highly recommend downloading the Subway app. This business utilizes their app, as well as other restaurant... apps, like DoorDash. However, Subway's app is my favorite. Whenever I'm running late, I simply order my lunch using their appwhile I'm getting ready for work, and then I can simply swing by their drive-thru and pick it up, no waiting, and since you payfor your food while ordering, it's even more convenient. Absolutely horrible service from one of the children they hire to work for them. I was told I had to order online because they... couldn't make four sandwiches through the drive-thru. So I pulled around and ordered online. Once I got through the extremelyslow online order process, the estimated wait time was a little over twenty minutes. At the allotted time I went through thedrive through to pick up my sandwiches. I waited five minutes at the order screen for the guy to tell me my sandwiches would beready "in a little bit." I pulled around and saw him and another kid rushing to make my sandwiches. Another almost ten minuteslater the kid who told me he couldn't make four sandwiches through the drive through and that my sandwiches would be ready "in alittle bit" handed me my sandwiches in a rush. I said "Forty minutes, that's how long you made me wait." He started to say theydid it as fast as- and I cut him off and said, "I understand that you don't care-" and he slammed the window in my face andwalked away. I didn't scream or Karen-out. I was almost frustrated to tears and this kid didn't care at all about what he did.He had helped every other person in the store and forgot about my order. He didn't care enough to apologize. He didn't take oneminute to listen to what I had to say. It's not asking too much to listen to a customer complaint. And if he didn't want to dealwith me then he could have simply said, would you like to speak to my manager. To slam the window in my face while I wasspeaking? I just can't believe Subway offers these kids so little training or that they hire children who care so little abouttheir job or customer service. This was my first old person moment where I was mistreated by some kid and felt like herepresented a generation. And I get that you will read this and believe I was somehow at fault or under-representing my tonebecause I'm a middle aged white woman and that's the stereotype we all assume these days, but for the record. We had a very large order and were somewhat in a hurry. The server was exceptionally patient and helpful. The only negative was... that they only had two bread types to choose from. Read more

I have no idea what is going on with the bad reviews, this Subway is exceptional. I am going to review completely on customer... service, which I never do for food establishments but everyone knows what Subway tastes like. The lady that helped us today wassooo sweet! She took her time making our Sammie look really good and have the portions we asked for. She kept conversation andmade us feel very welcome. She also went into the back to get us a sauce they didn?t have our front. Other Subways don?t getthis right. It?s always the same ingredients. Best customer service in a long time and I even tipped. I kept thinking something tasted off and my husband was I know it... tasted different. I asked for extra spinach and I got two pieces. As for being out I understand. Today we are both ill. Iunderstand Low staff, over worked, low product, mean people. Believe me I see how bad it is. But there has to be a want todeliver quality.
