Food was as expected but they left out a burrito and 3 orders of Nacho Fries. I asked twice if we had everything and they said... yep, you are good to go. Home, 15 miles later and the order was short. I should have looked but when there is a long linebehind you, you don't want to hold it up... They have been terrible at thier jobs lately! Can?t even get the order correct the first time let alone the second time! They... want to charge us twice and tell us we can?t get our money back! Pulled up through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was very dismissive and rude. I ordered nacho fries With nacho... cheese, 2 soft tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. The lady at the window didn?t wait to make sure I had a hold of the bagbefore letting go of it, almost causing me to drop it all on the ground. She shut the window before I got to ask for hot sauceand ignored my waving for her attention. The food was cold and poorly put together. I did not like the burrito and gave it to myyounger sister who also complained that the burrito was cold and gross. It unfortunately ended up being thrown away. They forgotthe nacho cheese for my fries that I specifically asked for and my fries were cold. Both of my soft tacos looked as if they werethrown together by a blindfolded person. There was hardly any meat, no cheese and about 4 strings of lettuce on each taco. Ihave been to this Taco Bell many times before and had high expectations, as they are usually met.
