Food was as expected but they left out a burrito and 3 orders of Nacho Fries. I asked twice if we had everything and they said... yep, you are good to go. Home, 15 miles later and the order was short. I should have looked but when there is a long linebehind you, you don't want to hold it up... I should have held it up though especially if you look at the money you just gaveaway... Nacho fries x 3 $5.97 burrito x 1 $5.39 for a total of $11.36. Read more

They have been terrible at thier jobs lately! Can?t even get the order correct the first time let alone the second time! They... want to charge us twice and tell us we can?t get our money back! I came here during a rush and the gentleman at the register was very polite and considerate. Even though literally every other... customer I heard talking to him was rude he maintained a calm and pleasant demeanor. One lady was grumpy that she had filled hercup with iced tea instead of sweetened ice tea (which was available) and demanded that he get her something to sweeten it with.He deserves a shout out. Ordered ahead on the app, waited nearly 30 minutes after arriving to get my order. I ordered a couple taco packs, received only... 4 tacos to start, took another 10 minutes to fix the order. I should have ordered pizza from anywhere and it would have beenfaster. Read more
Pulled up through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was very dismissive and rude. I ordered nacho fries With nacho... cheese, 2 soft tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. The lady at the window didn?t wait to make sure I had a hold of the bagbefore letting go of it, almost causing me to drop it all on the ground. She shut the window before I got to ask for hot sauceand ignored my waving for her attention. The food was cold and poorly put together. I did not like the burrito and gave it to myyounger sister who also complained that the burrito was cold and gross. It unfortunately ended up being thrown away. They forgotthe nacho cheese for my fries that I specifically asked for and my fries were cold. Both of my soft tacos looked as if they werethrown together by a blindfolded person. There was hardly any meat, no cheese and about 4 strings of lettuce on each taco. Ihave been to this Taco Bell many times before and had high expectations, as they are usually met.
