We really like Wendy's food. They are usually very quick at getting orders out. This location used to always get orders just... right, but lately it seems like everytime we order we get the wrong items or there are mistakes with the order. Visited during lunch rush, service was relatively fast. The Taco Salad was much more than I expected, both in quantity and... flavor. However, the Grilled Chicken sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomato, as shown on their menu board. Read more
I ordered a spicy chicken combo, no mayo. It came with the chicken and a tomato between a bun. Oh well I guess
We usually like the food here but the food was cold and tasted like the oil needed changed. We all have bad days so we will try... again in hopes for better results. Read more
They serve delivery drivers first. They set the fries on the tray while we waited for our burgers. Our frosty melted. The fries... and chicken nuggets were cold. When i asked about my burger, the girl making it yelled at me to wait. The counter guy yelled- your name hasn't been called bc I haven't CALLED it. Please remake my fries and nuggets bc they're cold. Eye roll. So I got newnuggets and fries but the cheese on the burger was cold. And about 20 people in line were being told they had to wait becausethey had to serve the delivery drivers first. Manager was nowhere to be found while the workers sauntered about. Read more
Good customer service, food was franchise worthy, downfall was crumbs on multiple tables and one of their fountain drink... machines was out of almost all of the options (one of the customizable multiple flavor machines). Read more

Yikes...the drive thru is super confusing. There were so many people in line I couldn't figure out how to enter. Once inside, I... stood in line for 10 minutes while they took no one's orders. I finally ordered online. It was a major cluster. Read more
