A very young teenager said a statement to me at the window that was not appropriate at all. She needs to learn she is... representing a place and needs to watch what she says to anyone. I went back and talked to her. She needs to respect her elders,she is representing a place, and she doesn't need to talk the way she did. I am sure they had a conversation with her after Ileft. If i could give it 0 i would. I write this as ive been waiting 45min for food and have watched 10 cars leave. The food is good... but this has to be the slowest service of any fast food joint in all of albemarle. I honestly dont know what they do in therethey got like 15 ppl working but takes 5 to 10min a car its insane. Well we getting closer to an hr now still siting heretrapped in this line. This is the 3rd time in 2 months ive come and every time uthink its ganna be better and it just getsworse. Do yourself a favor go to chikfila and move on this awful. I will never return. Read more
They have mice in the store. Ghetto is the only word to describe the staff. When they initially opened it was nice, but in less... than a year they have really gone downhill. Do you want to pay 7-10 dollars for food that is frozen until they fry it? Good luckgetting anything other than a free drink coupon and corporate platitudes about how they ?care?. They don?t. The last two times we have got our breakfast there to go, the order was not compete. The first time I was able to go back... through the drive and get what was missing from the order, because mt wife was able to verify the contents of the bag. This lasttime I did not find out items were missing until I got back at home. The service was great in the beginning when they firstopened. I wanted to do an update, we have been back two weekends in row and the drive through service improved from the time ofmy original post. It seems that the cashier was much more happy doing her job and she was pleasant to speak with. Read more
The restaurant was busy but moved quickly to take our order and bring our food to our table. Some great choices: one had spicy... chicken with pimento cheese biscuit and another a deluxe double sausage egg and cheese biscuit. We split a strawberry muffin.All were delicious. I tried this place for the first time. I dined in and had a biscuit with egg, bacon, and cheese. It was mighty fine.
The eggs were kinda meh. Otherwise I really enjoyed this place. It was so clean, the staff very friendly, and the rest of the... food very good. Enough so that it all made up for the eggs. Good coffee too. Read more
