I usually go here if I need things made correctly and need to get back to work pretty quickly. When I make an order, I make sure... to ask for no tomato as I am allergic and make sure to state this to avoid cross contamination. Usually, everything is justright when I get my meal. However, when I returned to work I discovered I received no lettuce on my sandwich and a big slice oftomato. Because of this careless mistake, I had to throw my entire lunch away and because of cross contamination I couldn't justpick off the offending ingredient. Read more

Super friendly staff they are very helpful i had a huge order they went above and beyond helped me get my food to the car all my... food was correct no mayo extra stuff not on thing was wrong than even asked me if I wanted any sauce where other places make youbeg did not have to wait long for food the food quality went above my expectations the only complaint I have is I couldn't gethome fast enough to eat it ???? they have an amazing team if I had my own business I'd do anything to keep them otherrestaurants can learn a lot from this store Read more
This used to be my go to for fast food in albemarle because it?s the best bang for your buck. However our food has been wrong... the past 3 visits but haven?t said anything because mistakes happen. This week we had sides completely missing out of a tray andthe other try had nuggets that were pink inside. Tried to call to make them aware no answer so we drive back up there for themto not believe us about the missing sides. They didn?t replace my raw chicken nuggets. When we got home again the tray theyremade for me with the missing sides had the wrong quesadillas in it. We called and manager refused to do anything. My childwent without a hot dinner and had to eat cereal instead the rest of food went in garbage after 2 trips and things still notcorrect and no sympathy, where has customer service went these days. Typically I have a good experience everytime I visit. Be it from the food, customer service, accuracy of the order. Even the... hours are great! My only issue is the speed. It's constantly busy and the wait time can be an upwards of 15-20 minutes. Read more
