The staff is the best. We?ve eaten here before but came in recently about 15 minutes before closing. There were no customers in... sight. But they smiled and seated us, and our food was ready in minutes. We felt so welcome and our food was wonderful. Read more
As always, East Coast Wings are always on point. Doesn?t matter which location I go. This location in Albemarle is the second... time I?ve received my birthday reward at this location. I have fallen in love with the bang bang shrimp with tots with redpassion lemonade. I didn?t even know they serve tots so that really made my day. I get the bang bang shrimp every year. Service steadily in decline IMO. Lady on phone who took order was totally uninterested.. then when I picked up the order was... wrong. She said it would be very quick to fix it... 25 minutes later I got my order. Food is average at best. They really needto make it up with either better service or better good. Preferably both. Not a great experience. We were seated quickly and received our drinks, appetizer and meals for the children (which we asked to... come out with apps) but our good experience ended there. We waited over an hour for our food (3 adults), in fact the kids weredone with their food and the waitress asked if we needed the check before we even got our food! We ended up getting our foodafter another 15 minutes, but we boxed it up, paid and left. The food was still good but service and wait times were horrendous. Read more
My husband selected ECW for his Father?s Dinner. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, although there were many tables... open. We waited over ten minutes for the hostess to return. When she did, she sat a party of 2 that just walked in at a4-seater table. When she passed us, she said ?oh I?ll come back and seat you later?. Needless to say, we left. Horriblecustomer service by your hostess. Thankfully, El Ranchito had spectacular service and sat us immediately. Save your time andjust go somewhere else. So-so experience. Went to this restaurant for the first time to try something new. They were busy, but our waitress was to busy... tenting the bar customers as usual in places like these. The ?drinkers? always get the best service. Food was ok, the app. andentrees came out at the same time and the waitress forgot to give us silverware so we sat for a few minutes waiting on her toget done with the bar to acknowledge that we couldn?t eat. The store has a clean appearance and nice atmosphere. I was concerned when I entered and saw the huge "now hiring" banner and... the hostess telling us she was "ready to go home and she just got there" that service would be poor, but our server rocked. For 6 adult males needing something every time she came by, she really knocked it out. The food was decent. The highlite wasa Buffalo shrimp appetizer. The wings were OK. Although our table only tried 5 of the 60 flavors. The loaded tater tots werecooked well and had a good cheese and bacon ratio. The Flatbread was cooked well and had ample toppings. Good place for a casual sit down meal. Food is tasty and comes out fresh and hot. Service has been good both times I've visited.... Decent prices for the food you get. Read more
