Thankfully my husband, daughter, and I grabbed something from cookout before joining family at sonic last night because my dad &... step mom was there an HOUR and still didn?t get any food. When we finally asked the second time, we were told that she thoughtsome of it was on the warmer?..? Awful service?.actually no service ???? & will NOT be back. This was probably the third orfourth time we have come there & been disappointed each time. Started out good with a quick order placed and it went downhill from there. Long wait till screen said order was on the way. 8... to 10 minutes later they actually brought it. Chicken sandwich was horrible for a $6 price. mcchicken is $2 and way better. Totswere not done although my dog liked them. Cherrylimeade didn't taste right so I opened it and it was clear. The milkshake wasgood so at least they can do that. $14 invested and a $2 tip. Also ended up with an extra drink somehow and couldn't even tellwhat it was because of so much carbonation.
