We used Door Dash for delivery. I won't do that again. I'm not sure if it was Zaxby's fault or Door Dash, but the food was... room temperature and soggy, just plain nasty. Maybe not a good idea to get delivery on foods that should be served hot andcrispy. Read more

The salad ???? are always fresh and great tasting

The quality of food has gone down a lot. What is with the over cooked chicken wings and the size has been half of what it use to... be. Also the chicken tender has reduced its size as well. The only thing that still saving them is the sauce. Read more

Store is run by lazy and incompetent staff. I?m waiting for my food and the lady comes out and just hands me part of my order,... and then goes back in and I wait longer to get the rest of my food. Upon realizing I forgot to get 2 cups of ranch dipping sauce(me still in the parking lot circle around)? Upon which I get the wonderfully rude announcement of ?we?re closed.? For whatreason other than them being lazy were they magically closed? couldn?t tell you. All they said was ?we?re closed?. It?s not even11 I said ?we?re closed? all I wanted was 2 ranch dipping cups? ?we?re closed?. Another time I came here and captain genius inthe window gave me a drink without a secure lid, I go to grab it and it coke spills on me and goes everywhere in my vehicle. The?stellar employee? just stares at me. No apology for giving me a drink without a secure lid causing this mess, no here are someextra napkins, no let me get you another drink.
