I went here for the first time today. My order "sounds" complicated, but it isn't. It's just very specific. And to be rudely... told -to my face- that my drink order is special and will be made after the other customers...is incredibly insulting and makesme increasingly disgusted with Caribou Coffee. No, I don't need a manager to reach out. No, I don't need customer service toreach out. Yes, I think you need to take a management course. Yes, I think you need to learn empathy. I won't be returning, andno response you provide is going to welcome a positive response, so I'd recommend not sharing your thoughts. Caribou Coffee is ahuge name, but...the people that work here are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be recommending this company(let alone this storefront) to anyone for coffee. If I want someone to be rude to me, I'll go somewhere that actually wants tomake my drink, at the very least. Their coffee is so good. I always get the hot turtle mocha when I visit.
Honestly the workers here are amazing and so sweet they also get your drinks done extremely fast I just wish i could get drinks... delivered since i dont have a car but other wise 10/10 hopefully once it warms up ill be able to order more :) Read more

Good MN staple wife had to stop there on our trip to MN and we enjoyed it. Good coffee but their pastries are not the greatest.
I went yesterday and I could hear the manager Diane talking about me and the person I was with because I did two transactions. I... spent around 15 dollars and you are gonna talk like that? Skip this place next time you want coffee.
