Drive-thru customer only so far, and maybe that's the problem? Three times I've visited Caribou Coffee and I think I'll stick... to what I know: My Own Espresso Machine. I order the same two things regardless of where I go, and Caribou can't seem to makeit without burning my milk, or over-watering (ice) the drink. Either way I've ordered from Caribou Coffee, the drink doesn't getthe attention it deserves. It's not art for Caribou Coffee, it's a job. Local, smaller coffee stands, make you feel like theway they support their life instead of just popping another drink under the hood of their espresso machine. I wouldn't recommendthis to anyone that enjoys coffee. Why two stars then? They do make good desert drinks, so I've been told... Update2022-09-14 Customer service replied on Google...but never replied to my (two) emails. What a waste of time. Review changed from2-Stars to 1-Star for exceptionally poor customer service. I?ve gotten coffee from many caribou?s and they just did not make it right here. Decaf iced white mocha. First time it was... watery and second time they just dumped more white mocha in the bottom of the cup instead of mixing it in. I should?ve justasked for my money back but I was irritated and left. 4:45pm on 10-12-19. Went to get my 64oz thermos filled with decaf and was told that they are done making decaf for the day. I... asked what time they close and was told 9pm. Terrible customer service. Starbucks does not care what time I order decaf. Read more
Got myself a drip coffee. Paid $3.74. Number 1 overpriced. It taste like nasty truckstop coffee. I don?t recommend their coffee.
