When there ordered biscuits and gravy platter, French toast stick combo, and bacon egg and cheese biscuit add sausage combo. We... didn?t get the potato rounds for either combo, no bacon on my biscuit or cheese. And no syrup for the French toast sticks. Andwhen I called twice to complain so they had a chance to explain or make it right, they didn?t answer the phone. Definitely won?tbe going back and DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read more
We were the only vehicle in the drive thru and they were still slow, I might add that no vehicles were in the parking lot. We... only ordered to Roast Beef's and it still was cold. Both sandwiches were very dry, it seemed like they sat under their warminglight because the bun was mushy. I ordered to hot apple pies, which were not hot, actually not even warm. Sure we went throughthe drive thru, however, we ate in our car in the parking lot. I might add that we ate at 4:30 pm, so it was not an off time,why was our food dry and cold? Read more
This Hardee's is not only extremely slow but they can't prepare the food correctly! Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes... after ordering behind another car before someone finally came to the window so that person could pay for their order! Theyreceived their food right away and we proceeded to move up and pay for ours, get our food only to figure out after we left thatour order was not made correctly and half of it wasn't hot! Of course there was NO receipt in nor on the bag, nor was there onegiven to us to use as a reference. I prefer my breakfast hot and love Hardee's biscuits, but if this is typical of the AlbertLea Hardee's we won't be back! Read more
Disappointing. Bacon Cheeseburger was fine. Made the mistake of getting their apple pie. Price went up quite a bit in price. ... Used to be 2 for a $1.00 now 2 for $3.00. Probably the worst fast food apple pie I've had. The pie was less than half fulland I don't think I saw a single piece of apple. Told my friend we would have been better off going to the grocery storegetting a Hostess pie and nuking it. Read more
Asked for extra crispy chicken and curly fries . 1. They gave my order to the car in front of me, so I had to wait for "fresh... chicken" 2. i waited for a good 10/15mins to what it seems, and not only is my chicken the most soggiest chicken iv ever seen,it's not even crispy , and oh yes.... Let us not forget the curly fries I never got. If I could rate you guys a 0/5 I would doso in a heart beat. This is why I don't come to your location, and probably never will again. We were hungry for something for breakfast so we went to the Hardee's in lyndale Minnesota. It did take a while to get the order... but our food was very good. A very nice people that were working in there. I would recommend it if you are looking for Hardee'sand you are in the area. Always recommend the monster biscuit! Read more
