Completely slow waited for 15 mins before I got help at the counter would not recommend coming here to eat if u are in an hurry

Used the bathroom here before I was planning on buying lunch. There was no soap and no hand sanitizer in the mens room. There... was a hand sanitizer on the kiosk, so I thought I was in luck. That, too, was empty. I told the cashier who then talked withsomeone else about it and the guy just shrugged. What kind of restaurant doesn?t have means to have their customers clean theirhands? Same quality you expect of McDonald's. If you're going in, order at the kiosk and be sure to heed the sticker that says to... choose "to go." They won't bring your food to you but it's a short wait and lots of neat seating options (quite modern design). Read more
This place is a rip off! I suggest that you don't go here. They tried to scam us of money because we paid cash for lunch. They... tried to scam us out of $2, YES it's not much, but that is not the point. My husband is a Mexican-American, and I am white. Themanager gave us a dollar back in change and then was rude about it tossing it into my husband's hand. I have never, ever seen anestablishment ran so poorly for a big corporation chain such as McDonald's. Read more
I have the worst experiences with this store I used to work with McDonald's and it was never never like this. Everything from... old pies to not getting what you order and I know it starts with the management. Tonight I got a medium iced caramel macchiatowith an extra shot of expresso. From a manager and she gave me a cup that was a small for iced coffee. Then when I spoke to anattendant and he was arguing about it. And all they have to do is just read what's on the side small to ice drinks and mediumfor shakes an orange juice. I don't know how they can get it wrong or why would they argue about it! I use to go to McDonalds all the time, I have never seen it the way it is now. I got 2 ice teas and a burrito this morning... and the burrito was ice cold in the middle. Disgusting. I stopped buying anything I wanted cheese on when you raised aprocessed slice of cheese to 99 cents. The people working in this store have 1 speed, turtle! I was there at 6:06 and theirclothes look like they had been worn for a month without washing and the same with the greasy hair. It turns my stomach tothink they are handling my food. I was the only one in line and it took forever to get my cold burrito. I will not bepatronizing McDonalds anymore! Read more
